Next morning, Saiyyam woke up first and noticed Krishna sleeping on his chest. He smiled and caressed her cheek. Krishna woke up.
She looked at him.
Saiyyam:”morning…”
Krishna:”morning.”
Saiyyam kissed her forehead while Krishna smiled.
Krishna was about to get up but Saiyyam pulled her back.
Krishna:”Saiyyam, let me go.”
Saiyyam nodded no.
Krishna:”Saiyyam….” and tried to release herself from his grip but he tightened his grip.
He felt asleep again hugging her. Seeing his grip loosening, Krishna got up and went to the washroom.
She came out of the washroom wiping her wet hair. She went in front of the mirror. Saiyyam woke up and looked at her. He smiled watching her.
He came near her and hugged her from behind. Krishna was surprised at first but then felt shy.
He kissed her shoulder. Krishna turned to him.
Krishna:”Mr. Husband, it’s not time to romance.”
Saiyyam:”there is no one apart from us in this house. So don’t tell me that everyone must be waiting for you and all.”
Krishna, put her hands on his shoulder:”i know… but still….”
Saiyyam gave her a quick kiss on her lips.
Saiyyam kissed her once more and this time a long and passionate kiss.
They parted away for air.
Krishna was trying to escape him but he tried to catch her. Krishna run to the bed and took a pillow.
Krishna:”Saiyyam, i will throw this on you if you come near.”
But he continued to approach her. Krishna threw one pillow on him. He dodge it. He came to her.
Krishna took another pillow and hit him with it. Saiyyam held the pillow and pulled her to him.
They came close and have an eyelock.
Krishna hugged him and he hugged her back.
Krishna:”Saiyyam, you won’t leave right?”
Saiyyam looked at her confused.
Saiyyam:”no, i will never leave you.”
Krishna:”i don’t know why but i am scared.”
Saiyyam made her sit down on the bed.
Saiyyam:”Krishna, you don’t have to be scared till i am with you. I will never let anything happen to you even if i get hurt…”
Krishna just hugged him.
Saiyyam:”Krishna…. nothing will happen to us.”
He kissed her forehead and they hugged for a while.
Saiyyam:”you were telling me that it was not time to romance and now you are….”
Krishna broke the hug and smiled at him.
Saiyyam’s phone rang and he picked it up.
It was Yuvraj.
Saiyyam:”hmmm, ok. I will come in half an hour at xyz.”
He hung up.
Krishna:”who was it?”
Saiyyam:”hmmm, office. I will have to go. I will be back in 2 hours.”
Krishna:”ok. I am going out with Yuvani, she wants to take me somewhere.”
Saiyyam:”ok, but be careful.”
Krishna:”yes, i will be.”
Saiyyam went to get ready to leave. Krishna made his breakfast quickly and he ate. Then he left.
On the road, Saiyyam came to meet Yuvraj.
Saiyyam:”everything’s fine? Why did you call me so urgently, papa?”
Yuvraj looked at him surprised and smilingly.
Yuvraj:”actually i couldn’t tell it in front of Krishna that’s why called you here.”
Saiyyam thinks what he will say to him.
Yuvraj:”actually, it’s Krishna’s birthday in 2 days.”
Saiyyam:”what? Really?”
Yuvraj:”yes…. and Suhani wanted to throw a surprise birthday party at Birla house. You have to bring her.”
Saiyyam:”done papa. I will bring her.”
Yuvraj:”by the way, Krishna loves chocolate cake. I know you would want to surprise her too.”
Saiyyam smiled at him and surprisingly hugged him.
Even Yuvraj wasn’t expecting that. And once Saiyyam realized what he did. He felt embarrassed and moved back.
Saiyyam:”sorry.”
Yuvraj:”it’s ok. I have to leave now otherwise i will be scolded by your mum.”
Yuvraj left while Saiyyam was lost in his thoughts.
Saiyyam, to himself:”Krishna’s birthday, i have to do something”
Krishna went shopping with Yuvani. They bought some dresses and Yuvani talked about Rohan a bit with Krishna.
Yuvani:”Krish, i was thinking to tell mum and Papa about Rohan.”
Krishna:”you were going to meet his parents right?”
Yuvani:”yes tonight. And i am so nervous.”
Krishna:”don’t be. My best friend is so lovely that everyone will love her.”
Yuvani:”you are lucky, you didn’t have to go through this.”
Krishna:”my case was different. It was nor ordinary. But i am sire that you will like them and they will also like you.”
Yuvani:”hope so. Finger crossed.”
Krishna, showing her hands:”finger crossed.”
