The episode starts with Aryan startled to hear Sunny’s statement, he asks in a shaky voice, “What? What did you say Bhai?” Sunny says, “What you heard! Leave Mishti’s baraat and marry Shahana in the mandap set for Rishi and Shahana!” Aryan turns pale in fear on hearing those words, just when there is sound of footsteps from outside. Sunny quickly hides behind the curtain and once Sunny is hidden and completely out of sight. Aryan turns around and sees his father standing at his doorstep. Purab smiles joyously at his son, while Aryan is still in shock brought by Sunny’s demand. Purab notices it, comes forward and asks him, “What is it Aryan? Why do you seem to be so worried?” Aryan tries to compose himself and says, “Oh nothing really Dad! Just the usual nervousness which everyone gets right before their marriage!” Purab laughs at that and pats on his son’s back saying, “Really Aryan! now I’m sure that you are my son because before my marriage with your Mom, I was sweating bullets out of anxiety in the same way as I was not……” he stops himself. Both Sunny and Aryan get expectant for him to continue and when there was no response, Aryan continues, “You weren’t prepared to marry Mom, right Dad?” Sunny gets disturbed on hearing their conversation. On the other hand, Purab gets doubtful and asks Aryan, “Aren’t you prepared to marry Mishti?” Both Aryan and Sunny gets tensed on hearing that. Sunny gets thinking, “What is this Aryan doing? Why is he instilling doubts in this Purab Khanna’s head?” However, Aryan handles the situation saying, “Of course I’m prepared Dad! Then why would I be dressed as a groom right now!” Purab again laughs at his son’s remark, while Sunny heaves a sigh of relief. Purab continues, “Well now this marriage is not just a question of your life Aryan, it has also become a matter of honour. For 21 years we have been great family friends and business partners with the Kohlis, that they are almost like a part of our family now and with your marriage we will soon turn into one family! And I know my son will always keep up his father’s honour and pride!” Aryan smiles while Sunny reminisces of Rakhi’s plan on hearing that.
Flashback, Rakhi reveals her plan saying, “You want to avenge your father with the same pain which he caused your mother and for that you are breaking your brother in such a way that he falls in front of your father’s eyes due to depression, thus breaking your father’s heart, isn’t that right? So, in short just as you got hurt all throughout your life by your mother’s pain given by your father, you too are using your brother to give pain to your Father!” Sunny is amazed to realize how well Rakhi has read his mind, while Rakhi continues, “Now listen to me, you can still give the same pain to your father using your brother and at the same time save Shahana’s life!” Sunny demands “How?” Rakhi says, “For every man, his PRIDE lies on his children and if his children do something wrong in front of the world then that will cost that person his PRIDE! So, if Aryan marries Shahana now, then your father Mr. Purab Khanna will lose his PRIDE because his son would have wronged so many people! And that will break your FATHER’S HEART” Sunny and Sanju are both astounded on hearing Rakhi’s plan, with Sanju praising Rakhi’s brains. Sunny reflects on the plan for a moment and finally agrees to go forward with the plan. However, Rakhi warns, “But remember Mr. Perfect, your revenge will end with your father breaking down, but the consequences which everyone is going to face will be really BIG, so what are you going to do about that?” Sunny says, “I know what should be done to face the consequences!” Both Rakhi and Sanju look on. Flashback ends.
Purab leaves Aryan’s room while asking his son to continue with his dress up. After Purab disappears, Sunny comes out of the curtains and says, “Well you are going to break both your father’s pride and honour!” Aryan is confused and asks him, “What do you mean Bhai?” Sunny continues with an evil grin, “All this time I was trying to break you such that you fall in front your father’s eyes and break his heart, but now I realised that it’s easier to do that if you marry Shahana on the proposed day when your marriage is supposed to be held with someone else!” Aryan is taken aback and questions him, “But if I do that Bhai, it’s not just Dad’s heart which is going to break but there are so many other people who will be affected like Mom, Abhi Mamu, Vikram uncle, Ranbir, Mishti……” Sunny cuts in saying, “And if you do not marry Shahana, then probably Priyanka will shoot Shahana to death right after her marriage!” Aryan is stunned to hear that.
Sanju is pacing up and down in front of Aryan’s room tensely thinking, “Till now none of Bhai’s moves have failed, but why is he taking so much time to convince Aryan now?” just then he notices Rhea coming that way. Sanju quickly hides seeing her and says, “Last time she almost killed me with her nasty questions, now if she sees me here in this way then she will surely start again!”. As Sanju is still trying to get unnoticed by Rhea, he sees her going towards Aliyah’s room. Sanju continues, “Why does she look so worried, is she going to complain about me to that devilish booji of hers? Let me check out!” on saying that Sanju slyly follows Rhea.
Aliyah and Purab’s room
Aliyah is speedily wearing her jewellery when Rhea comes and knocks at her door. Sanju is closely watching them from behind. Aliyah turns around and smiles seeing her niece. Then turning herself again towards the mirror, she asks Rhea, “What is the matter sweetheart?” Rhea hesitantly says, “Booji, I have come to talk to you about Aryan!” Aliyah while trying to wear her bangle asks, “What do want to talk about your brother when he is going to get married in a few hours!” Rhea tells her, “Booji please don’t let this marriage happen!” Both Aliyah and Sanju are astonished to hear that. Aliyah puts her bangle down. It rolls towards Rhea. Aliyah turns around and asks Rhea, “What did you just say?” Rhea gets fearful and pronounces in a stammering tone, “Booji, ARYAN LOVES SHAHANA!”
