rajkumar ashok Khanna, age: 21: prince of the Khanna empire in Anga, second in line to the throne. he is also a skilled horseman and archer. he and ruhaan have a bitter relationship reasons to be revealed later. mama’s ladla. he is married to Rajkumari mishti and loves her a lot.
Rajkumari mishti khanna, age: 18: she is rajkumar ashok’s wife. her father is king of the neighbouring kingdom. she is very loyal to her husband. she is very strict and harsh with anyone who is not of her caste. she is very close to her mother-in-law
raja Abhay khanna, age: 48: he is ruhaan and ashok’s father, maithili’s husband and king of the Khanna empire in Anga. a brave and daring warrior like his sons. an outstanding cavalry leader who took up the charge of leading his troops. well loved by his people and is considered as god by his son ruhaan. very proud of ruhaan.
rani maithili khanna, age: 43: she is ruhaan and ashok’s mother, Abhay’s husband and queen of the Khanna empire in Anga. her husband spoils her with jewels and gold. she loves her husband a lot and her sons…mostly her son ashok. she loves to teach mishti how to look like a goddess. very proud of her son ashok.
akshani singh, age: 37: you could say that she is pooja’s adopted mother. she is a court dancer and singer of the khanna empire. she also plays sitaar like her adopted daughter pooja. she loves pooja like her own daughter and never made pooja feel the absense of her real parents. she is a sweet soul.
sabu, age: 52: the royal advisor of the Khannas. like his name, he is truly loyal to the royal family. he is also ruhaan and ashok’s teacher. he is very proud of ruhaan.
