Viaan’s mother questions him for drinking coffee at dinner time, he wont sleep. Viaan asks for a head massage, it will make him sleep. A mother knows everything, her hands touching his head proved it. It was a rough day at work he, she took the stress away. Telepathy is a way, but communication makes things easier. Viaan asks her mother to be cautious about the finances at the NGO, he marked some changes. She must read them int tow three days and then sign it. She doesn’t not have the patience for it, her husband used to do all the work for her and now Viaan does it. Them helping her makes her feel like getting a massage. She could sense Viaan dealing with some other issue, requests him to share it with her. Viaan asks why she still loves the man who left her, though she loved him deeply. She knew that he got caught up in trouble because of another woman, she knew that her husband would leave her despite all the love. Even with him leaving she has to live, so she opted to live with love. The other woman had the choice as well, she chooses to break her family for everything. Viaan questions about his father. For her, men do what they think is best irrespective of a woman’s emotion. For Viaan her mother is the best.
Doctor comes in to get Arav for the operation, he wants Katha to meet the donor as well. A female doctor come in to examine Arav, she asks the nurse to prepare Arav for his operation and since the donor wasn’t able to come, they must arrange another bone marrow from the animal hospital nearby, a dog, a pig, or a cow. Arav asks to let it be of a monkey. Doctor asks nurse to bring the tools. Arav is afraid, asks her to talk to his mother. Katha thinks her son is brave enough to deal with anything. So, the doctor asks nurse to bring the tool. After a minute, nurse return with balloons and a cake wishing Arav a happy birthday. Doctor informs Katha the female doctor is actually Arav’s donor. The female doctor apologies to Arav for not getting him a monkey, she also questions Katha for being cold hearted towards her son. Arav asks if she is not a doctor. She introduces herself as Arav’s donor, she came to see if she is transferring her marrow to a fine man. Arav corrects her, he is boy not a man. The woman asks him to cut the cake to which Arva questions again as its not his birthday. For the woman, today is a new beginning, she asks Arav to give everyone a slice but don’t eat it himself. Arav questions her again, she answers that for each slice he gives right now will be substituted by a new cake. Arav blows candles and cuts the cake, gives to his mother and everyone else. Arav thanks woman for the balloons. The balloons are a metaphor, we don’t need wings to fly but just need to free themselves from mental burden and fly to sky. Katha praises the woman. Doctor asks her to come for the test needed before the transplant. Arav gives doctor a high five as the woman leaves office refusing to get herself tested.
Jeetu comes to Viaan with the documents Katha had the authority to sign, Viaan and Ashan needs to sign it now. Ashan comes in as well. Jeetu wants to say something, he has seen a lot of this company and Katha leaving feels like a soul departing. The heritage project doesn’t feel same without her. He agrees with Katha would be wrong, but everything has two perspectives. Viaan must look and understand her perspective as well. Viaan has never seen Jeetu favor anyone before. Jeetu requests Viaan to think through Katha’s perspective. Ashan appreciates Jeetu, he leaves afterwards. Ashan has decided something being a partner in the company.
Katha takes Arav to operation theater; she prepares him to be brave and ready. He must turn on his superhero mood, he should focus on his running shoes and Neerja’s party. Arav asks what Neerja will have if she gives all her marrow to Arav. Neerja has super energy fuel to operate in. Arav doesn’t feel brave, last-minute panics made him cry requesting Katha to take him back. Katha calms her down, doctor and Katha will be with her. She will be withing the aliens, Arav should sleep and dream about the monkey cartoon. They take Arav inside the operation theater.
Katha worriedly askes doctor about Arav getting better. He asks her not to worry, the team of doctors is with Arav. Falcony and Katha sits praying for Arav. Katha receives a call from Mr. Garewal. He has been trying to contact Katha for past few days, but she wasn’t picking up. Mr. Garewal wants to start fresh; he is ready to pay for her son’s treatment. Katha informs that her son’s name is Arav and that she has arranged the money needed for his operation. They don’t not need his money; they will live without his favor. Katha drops the call.
PRECAP: Katha asks the doctor if Arav is alright. The transplant went will but. Amrita informs Viaan that Anirudh Verma approached Katha for the heritage project in exchange of a lot of money, but she refused. Ashan receives a call while sitting with Katha telling the someone that she is with him. Katha asks whose coming. Viaan enters the room.
