Katha anxiously waits for doctors to come out and inform her about Arav. Doctor come out, she loads him with questions regarding Arav’s health and the transplant. At first the doctor asks concerned but later tells Katha to buy new shoes to chase Arav. He is all well and ready to run. Kath faints. He wakes her up taunting to get a thank you. She asks if he is sure about Arav. The doctor is sure, he asks for a thank you. She thanks him and gets up in excitement willing to see her son climb trees, run fast, play cricket. Nurse asks her to be quiet. Katha is willing to take Arav home. He reminds her to wait till he recovers, the doctor leaves for another operation. Katha hugs Falcony and calls Rewa to inform that she won against Arav’s cancer. Rewa is proud of her, she got a good news after a long hectic day at work. Katha will celebrate this, will thank God for making it happen. She sees Neerja coming out of the ward who tries to congratulate Arav. Katha wants to speak this time, Neerja bare the pain to give birth to a child like a mother. She promises to raise Arav in way that he treats Neerja like another mother, he be thankful to her forever.
Arav gains conscious to his scrapbook sliding against the window. Katha come in with his scrapbook in her hands and tears running down her eyes. Arav tries to call her. Katha praises Arav welcomes her super macho monkey man in this world once again. She shows him a trailer of his superhero life. Katha shows him a picture in his scrape book where Arav is 20 with his girlfriend who his mother adores and are headed on a world tour. She tells Arav to decide the countries they will visit. She turns to the next page where 70-year-old Arav moves in Katha’s Lucknow home after adopting 100 street dogs. She shows that they will own a lollipop factory, they need to decide the flavors they will manufacture. They have to make some important decision in their life. She turns over to a blank page where Arav has to list a new plan. A new do list for the upcoming spectacular life. Arav slowly closes his eyes. Katha pads and kisses him on head, asks him to rest.
Mr. Garewal informs Teeju that Katha no longer needs their money. Teeju praises her but wonders how she arranges such a huge amount. She questions Mr., Garewal for his concern. He recalled Katha begging him to help her, she has no one else to ask help from to which Mr. Garewal responded that she should die with Arav. Teeju reminds him that they have a bigger responsibility ahead, that is to behave like Arav’s grandparents. He recalls Katha refusing to have his help. Teeju wants to visit the hospital. He asks Teeju to accept the reality that this relationship cannot be fixed. He leaves the room.
Katha calls his friend to inform him about the good news. She hated him to being a pessimist yet honest he pushed her to cross the line and arrange the money. Katha achieving her goals shows him a new opportunity. He asks Katha to plan for Arav’s future, his school, medical life etc. Keeping everything aside he salutes Katha for managing her work life and maintaining her job. He leaves to attend a client.
Katha gets a call from his later boss offering to freelance for two days. Katha asks for a permanent position. He questions as Katha already works in EarthCon and the Dubai project. Katha requests him to get her a position, she doesn’t find Earth Con compatible with her. He informs her about Pyramid finding a new Architect. Katha tells him about Pyramid being illegal. The man questions her harsh opinion, he will reach out to her with something.
Katha receives a call from Ashan. He taunts her for picking his call after so many tries. Ashan refuses to accept Katha’s resignation. Katha requested him to accept it. Ashan questions her, insists her on sharing the problem because in his opinion everything working fine. Katha wants space, somewhere she can relax and not feel claustrophobic. It’s the first time Ashan heard someone complaining about the work culture on his company. Neither Katha is telling him nor Viaan. He requests her to meet him.
Viaan crosses path with Amrita Mehra in a hotel. She stops him and dials his number in front of him. She questions him for having her number blocked yet she sent his consignment to Dubai. Viaan thanks her for it. She holds equal amount of grudge against Viaan because he never let her explain herself. She was glad to have meet Katha, it takes a lot of courage to disagree with Viaan and above that say no to an offer of 1 crore. Viaan questions her. Amrita told Viaan that Pyramid approached Katha to bribe her against project designs for 1 crore. She not only rejected the offer but insulted its owner. Amrita was in full praises for Katha. Katha respectfully calls him Viaan sir. She asks him to take care of someone that loyal.
He wonders why she took loan from him but not Pyramid. He stops thinking why she only wanted a specific amount.
PRECAP: Ashan informs Katha that Viaan is coming. He can not a referee between them because she doesn’t know what happened yet is sure that they can pass it and move on.
