Katha hear men discussing a spat between Anirudh and Viaan which made Anirudh leave the party. Katha decides to ignore that, recalling Aarav asking her to enjoy the part. She invites Viaan for a dance which he softly refuses, Katha insists, takes him to the dance floor.
Katha and Viaan dance with many others. Viaan’s friends join the dance floor with them as well. Viaan adores Katha enjoying herself, starts imagining a slow dance with her. In those imaginations, Katha is in a ling red dress, Viaan in a white suite and they both each other’s company in a slow dance. Katha brings him back to his senses. Her heals broke mid dance, they both take off their shoes and continue.
Viaan is barefoot while Katha wears his shoes on their way back. Katha enjoyed the party, requests him to hold her shoes now. Viaan refuse. The tow days went by fast, he wanted to say something but hesitated. Katha insists him to speak. Viaan tells that being by her side brings him peace which he wishes to never end. Katha gives him a reality check, because 2 days end in 2 days. Katha felt happy and carefree after a long time, that freedom ends with the night. Viaan will hope for similar days to return, decides to drop her to her room. Katha isn’t tired, suggests going on a walk but on grass.
Next morning, Viaan drops Katha home. She leans back to grab her purse which was mistaken but Viaan as a hug, they both get shy. Viaan didn’t hug. Both come out, Viaan drops her bag and drives off. Katha leaves but returns to see him off. She imagines Viaan opening apartment door for her when it was actually Neerja.
Viaan lies on his bed dreaming about katha sitting in his room.
While playing dart Katha directs someone to be careful with the surprise, she has planned for Viaan. Neerja questions, wonders how and why she is arranging a surprise for Viaan and addressing him by hi full name. Neerja is interested in knowing Katha’s change of behavior. Katha will not tell Neerja anything, Aarav interferes, wants to know. Katha was talking about cleaning. Katha, Aarav and Neerja give the house a deep clean while listening and dancing to songs. Katha notices a box, find some old souvenirs in it. She shows Aarav the first thing she bought form her salary, the ring is silver but as precious as diamond ring. She used to wear this until Aditya gave her the engagement ring. Aarav questions about it, Kath sold the ring for Aarav’s treatment but lied to him about it. Aarav promises to buy her a ring from his salary. Aarav leaves for his online class. Neerja stops Katha from leaving, she wants her to answer some questions. Katha doesn’t want any sarcasm. Neerja wants to know why she isn’t reacting on Viaan’s name anymore. Katha hasn’t changed, just got a chance to know Viaan better. She enlightens him with all the details. Neerja wonders why Katha reacted on Anirudh teasing Viaan. Katha will take stand for a the right, Viaan just started to live, trying to be a better son, boss, and a friend, he did everything for Amrita’s daughter. Katha is sure that he will be a fabulous father. Neerja asks if Katha’s feelings changed for Viaan after discovering about his fatherly instincts or that Viaan as a sacrificing person willing to wait for Katha patiently. Some questions don’t require an answer but simply ponder on them.
PRECAP: Viaan asks if Katha is finding something, she lost her ring. She last saw it in bathroom, Viaan unclog the sink to get her ring. Katha notices Vanya going through some files. Viaan is happy to have Katha by his side, he will not forget the memories he is making with her. Teeji hears his conversation.
