On her way back home, Katha recalls Viaan describing her. Viaan on the other hand recalls Katha dressing his wound. Both are occupied with each other’s thoughts. Katha gets out of the car, she thanks Ehsan for dropping her, both are really tired and must head home. Ehsan thanks Katha for caring for Viaan, though there were a lot of people there, but she stepped up. Katha’s reaction would have been same for everyone, she will care for everyone, asks if Ehsan won’t do the same. Ehsan would help but Katha and Viaan are different people, good ones, who help everyone. Ehsan could see care for Viaan in Katha’s eyes. Katha asks if only he saw it or the Sangria as well. Ehsan isn’t emotional like Viaan and Katha, but he has learned acceptance in few days. He requests her not to reject her feelings.
Katha enters the apartment, goes to Aarav sleeping on the bed, she lies her head on him. Katha tries to wake him up, she notices her picture with Aditya and worries.
Mr. Garewal is in deep thoughts looking at the baby’s picture. Kavita comes to room that its hard to put Yohan to sleep, he sleeps like Yuvraj, needs to be swaddled and wing properly. She notices Mr. Garewal looking at the baby’s photo, a photo of baby’s feet. Mr. Garewal tells that Aarav is their child whom they don’t have footprints of. Mr. Garewal has noticed a different spark in Katha’s eyes whenever she hears Aditya’s name, only if he would have accepted them earlier Aarav might have been born in this house. Mr. Garewal tells that Katha misses Aditya the same way they do, he regrets not helping in Aarav’s treatment. He will not make the same mistake again, knows what to do now.
Next morning, Katha wakes up, was about to say good morning to Aarav but notices that he is out of bed already. She comes to the kitchen to make herself tea. Katha notices someone sitting in the lounge, she leans towards the man to see him, it was Aditya. Katha runs to her bedroom, locks the door, and hides her face. She realizes seeing Aditya knowing that he isn’t here, she wants to tell Aarav and Neerja, finally he came to visit him after many years. Katha gets off the bed, knowing that he won’t be outside anymore. She peaks form the bedroom door, comes out to find him sitting on the sofa. Katha gets excited, she used to tell everyone that he is here, not visible but around. She asks him for coffee, requests him to dress Aarav for school, massage her face. Katha loves him, misses him, she really misses their boring talks now. She leans forward, Aditya backs off. She will not come near him but wants him to stay even if it’s a dream. Katha wants to talk to him; she has been missing him recently. Her heart races whenever she misses him because he is her peace, first heart pounds and then she wants to cry. The feeling is really weird. Katha asks if she can tell him anything, he is her best friend. Katha comes closer to him, tells that her heart races hearing Viaan, being around him. She doesn’t like that feeling, says that heart doesn’t pound being around love, but it gets peace. Katha’s heart starts pounding immediately, she gets in shock. Katha clarifies that she has nothing for Viaan, Adtiya will be the only one for her always. Everything happening to her is anxiety, he must remember his fighting wife. Katha will fight Viaan, stand in front of him with zero heart race, Aditya must support her, and it will prove that everything is well with him being around. Katha is well now having Aditya in front of him, she can see him, moves forward to touch him but he vanishes. Katha cries, knowing that he is around her, she wraps hands around herself imagining a hug. Aarav asks who she is talking to. Katha tells that she saw a dream, saw his father. Aarav questions her for not calling him in the dream to meet his father. They hug each other.
PRECAP: Katha tells that life doesn’t stop like time; people get stuck in time for other people. Viaan should be practical and change his course. Viaan refuse to do so. Katha struggles with her awkward feelings around him, she doesn’t want to be effected by him.
