Amita shows Viaan baby’s wardrobe. Viaan asks is she knows if it’s a girl or a boy. Amita doesn’t care, the baby will wear anything. She shows Viaan a frock like him. Viaan asks how she feels having a life inside her. Nobody has asked Amita this, she cannot see but feel the baby’s presence. She asks the baby to let Amita sleep at night when it disturbs her with kicks. Amita tells that Keith plays music to his child. Amita starts breathing heavily, feeling uneasy. Viaan calls Keith but his number is out of reach, contacts the gynecologist but she is busy is a surgery. At last, he calls Katha, she looks at the time before attending Viaan’s calls. Viaan explains her the situation, Katha advise him to let the lady calm down, elevate her feats, makes her take deep breaths, if all that doesn’t help enroute to hospital. Katha wonders about Viaan’s life for being engaged in different kinds of problems every time. He has a whole life going on.
Viaan does as Katha says, Amita is at ease, appreciates Katha. Viaan sits back in relief, he has never felt this helpless. Amita asks her to cool down. Amita feels her baby’s kick, Viaan gets worried again. She tells that the baby is scolding, Viaan uncle is taking care of her. Amita talks to the baby, it feels left out, the baby wants conversations to be about him. Amita invites Viaan to feel the baby, Viaan shies at first, but Amita insists. Viaan hesitates to touch, Amita helps him, he suddenly back off feeling the baby’s kick. He is amazed to feel it, does it repeatedly. Viaan talks to the baby, introduces himself. He is the friend of the baby’s parent, will make the baby his friend as well. Viaan starts crying, amazed by everything. He agrees with Katha saying that it’s necessary for a father to connect with his child prior to his birth. Viaan wipes his tears, he isn’t prepared for this. He didn’t know what to do when Amita wasn’t well. Amita didn’t know as well, it’s ok. Viaan argues, there are a lot of things he doesn’t know, wont experience all the other journeys Keith and Amita will endure. Viaan understands children as a friend not as a father.
Next day, Batman calls Robin. Robin asks Batman about his papers; he feels Batman being low and asks him to share. Batman tells Robin about the pressure; teachers say that exams judge the success of a student. Batman is trying his best but doesn’t know what happened, he forgot everything in the last exam. Robin tells that all teachers create pressures, he failed in a lot of exams as well but still running a company. Robin tells him that everyone fails, exams come and go, some are good and bad, the bad ones prepare us for the journey ahead. Batman knows, his mother says the same, but he feels afraid to see the teacher again. Robin gets angry, he will talk to Batman’s teachers about it. Batman asks him not to, his mother will discuss the matter in parent teacher meeting. Katha hears Viaan’s conversation with Aarav. Robin is there for Batman, asks him to call whenever needed. Katha hands Viaan the contractors’ final quotes. She asks Viaan if he is alright. Viaan is not, tells her about Batman who is stressed about his exams, he was sitting blank in examination hall because of stress. Viaan knows that kid, he is brilliant. Viaan wonders if people a running a school or a factory. Katha asks if he never felt stress in papers, it happens. She asks if Batman’s family handled the situation. Viaan tells that his mother will talk to the principal, but Viaan wants to talk as well for his peace. Katha questions him for interfering in another family for his own peace, the school will not appreciate Viaan talking to them as Aarav’s friend. She makes him realize that Batman’s family would be more stressed about their son than Viaan. He should be available for his friends rather than acting on it. Viaan should be in contact with Batman.
The Garewals have tea together. Mr. Garewal asks Kavita about Katha and Aarav. He suggests going on a family picnic to give Aarav a change after his exams. Yuvraj recalls his daughter being stressed about exams as well. Reet remembers but she handled her daughter before she could have breakdown like Aarav. Reet wonders why Katha didn’t notice Aarav stress when she notices all other problems. Kavita agrees with Reet but tells that this happens when children hide things from their mother, Aarav told that he didn’t want to give his mother more stress. Reet wants to say that children act out to grab their parents’ attention especially when they feel ignored. Reet thinks Katha is busy with Viaan, she asks Mr. Garewal to get his chapter closed. Mr. Garewal questions Reet to close what chapter, he trusts Katha. She told him once that she had no one in her life except Aditya, the conversation ends for Mr. Garewal here. He puts his tea aside, gets up and tells Reet that Aarav is well aware of his mother’s struggles. Mr. Garewal leaves asking Reet to give Aarav extra care next time he visits. Yuvraj tells Reet that Katha is a mother as well, she has nothing more important for her than Aarav. Reet leaves, Yuvraj goes after her.
PRECAP: Keith calls Viaan to ask for his help, Amita’s water broke while he is stuck in Lonavala. Katha notices Viaan leaving in a hurry. She asks Jeetu about it, he tells that Viaan felt to help his friend. Katha asks the driver to follow Viaan’s car. Viaan wasn’t going towards Aarav’s school, she wonders where he is headed.
