Rishi meets Manpreet and Ahana. Ahana laughs at Rishi saying it seems Rishi is wearing a frock. Rishi says this is what Tanuja also said to him.
Poorab comes towards ICU in doctor’s disguise. Manpreet asks Rishi to go outside, he turns to hit Poorab hard whose files fell off. Poorab watches Rishi coming from the front and passes by him. Rishi calls him to stop and hands his stethoscope, Poorab was relieved. Rishi was intrigued a bit but Manpreet drags him outside. Poorab thinks now Tanuja can’t be saved.
In the room, Tanuja wakes up as her bruise aches. She recalls the goon said this was his revenge. She wonders whose revenge was it, she had never seen him before. She wonders who sent him there.
Poorab was about to enter the ICU when a nurse comes there, she tells him this is Dr. Drishti’s
Outside, Ahana was happy that Rishi is responsible towards Tanuja. Rishi thanks Ahana for saving Tanuja today. He says their lives got a difference since she became a mistress. He says she arranged Holi, then this party; it seems everything is fine. Rishi tells them to go home, Tanuja would be discharged tomorrow so that they can take her home. Manpreet teases Rishi is in a hurry.
The nurse comes to give Tanuja an injection so that she can sleep well. Tanuja tells her to turn the lights off. Poorab dials a number and poses to be busy watching the nurse. Rishi makes Rishi get hold of Manpreet and takes the keys from him as he drives rashly. Both she and Rishi enjoy and doesn’t leave Manpreet till he apologizes. Rishi wonders who attacked Tanuja. Manpreet says they will surely find whoever did this. Rishi bids them a farewell, then thinks who attacked Tanuja.
Poorab comes into the ICU. Rishi drops his coat then notices the light in the car was on. Malaika had hidden on the other side of the car. Poorab locks the door of Tanuja’s room. Malaika thinks she must move this car from here. There, Poorab thinks about revenging Tanuja. He wears gloves and holds Tanuja’s neck in an attempt to suffocate her. Tanuja had woken up and screams while her ECG drops. She throws a tray over Poorab’s hand and fell down, calling Rishi’s name. Rishi was moved and hurries towards the ICU. Tanuja cries and resists Poorab’s grip. She gets hold of a syringe and pumps it into Poorab’s arm. Rishi peeks through the window of the door and knocks at the door. He struggles to open the door while Poorab tries to run away. Tanuja had held his leg asking who he is. Rishi enters the room but Poorab had jumped out of the window already. He holds Tanuja and apologizes for being late; he hugs Tanuja close.
Outside, Poorab doesn’t find his car and calls Malaika. Malaika tells him she has removed the car from parking. Poorab tells her to come home.
At home, Rano was enraged that no one informed her that Tanuja was attacked. She was upset that Rishi wasn’t even attending her call. Manpreet and Ahana come home and inform Tanuja is fine and would return home tomorrow. Rano was enraged that they love Tanuja and not Rano. Manpreet says Tanuja stole them by love, now Rishi is flirting with Tanuja only to get her in his influence. Manpreet says Ahana donated blood for Tanuja only because Rishi asked her to, they were only showing Tanuja their fake love. Whenever she watches Rishi loving Tanuja its fake, but seems real. Rano apologizes Manpreet and makes him up, Manpreet and Ahana share a wink.
Rishi goes to ask hospital authorities to deploy security. Tanuja holds his hand and requests him to stay here. Rishi wonders who was he and who sent him. Tanuja says he had sent him. Rishi was offensive why he would do this. Tanuja says Rishi wanted to sleep in this room, then smiles teasingly. Rishi agrees playfully; and forwards his hand to be friends with her employ. Tanuja holds his hand and asks why he cares for her so much. Rishi clarifies he loves her dearly, and would always do no matter what. Tanuja looks towards him, Rishi asks if there is any doubt. Tanuja denies and confess she has never seen this love, or such lover. Rishi boasts this is craziness, not only love. He makes Tanuja comfortable, kisses her forehead promising to stay by her.
PRECAP: Poorab was determined to return Tanuja the love. Rishi comes to deter Poorab if he thinks about hurting Tanuja.
