Rishi cheers as doctor comes to inform him Tanuja is fine and conscious. He kisses the doctor’s hands. Rishi comes to the room and gives his hand to Tanuja to sit up, she struggles a bit then holds his hand. He helps her sit up. Rishi asks if she is fine. He calls himself stupid for asking, he shares with Tanuja this time he wasn’t afraid at all. She promised not to leave him, he confirms if that is true. Tanuja assures each of that word is true, she doesn’t know exactly what she said but it was all true. She will never leave him, he has teased her enough and she has to revenge him. Rishi says he wanted to hear she loves him and withdraws his hand. Tanuja holds his hands and asks if he really loves her. She presses her nail in his hand and asks what he had been doing with the doctor outside, why he kissed her hands and swirled with her. She feels disgusted that his wife has stitches here and he was flirting the doctor. Rishi sits on the bed with Tanuja and says it is his wife’s mistake. Tanuja pulls Rishi’s cheek and says he looks really cute while flirting others, he has full permission to flirt others now.
There, Poorab tells Malaika he is going inside to make sure she is dead. Malaika warns Poorab there would be a lot of people around here, she would also get caught with Poorab. Poorab says he only knows Tanuja must be dead by tonight.
Outside, the nurse complains to Rishi that he didn’t go to ICU in costume clothes. Poorab comes to reception and introduces himself as Rishi’s brother asking about Tanuja. The receptionist informs him that she is fine and will soon be shifted to another room. Poorab follows a surgeon doctor to his room.
Tanuja held Ahana’s hands and thanks her. Ahana breaks into a cry remembering Tannu. She comes to hug Tanuja and cry, then leaves the room. Tanuja says nothing can happen to her when Ahana and Rishi are here.
Poorab hits the doctor at the back of his head. When the doctor faints he wears his coat and mask.
Rishi comes in hospital costume to the ICU. Tanuja laughs at him for looking so funny. She asks him about her husband, why is he wearing a frock. Rishi turns to leave annoyed, Tanuja holds his hand and says sorry. This time Rishi laughs, and tells her to lay down now. He is waiting outside. Tanuja tells him not to think about staying here, they won’t let him here. Tanuja insists on Rishi to go home. Rishi asks if she was his place, had she gone there. Tanuja says yes, Rishi says its visible in her eyes that she is lying. Tanuja holds a finger but Rishi puts it down, he says sometimes he hears what she doesn’t even say; like she thanked him right now. Tanuja tells Rishi to go now, she has to sleep. She was concerned Rishi won’t be comfortable. Rishi says he is used to sleeping on couch because of his wife. Tanuja asks if he is complaining about his wife in front of her. Rishi offers her an extra marital affair. Tanuja replies no way. Rishi leaves saying she would surely get into an extra-marital affair with him. He comes out of the ICU smiling. He looks inside to find Tanuja smiling, she hides her face and calls him silly.
