Scene 1
In court, Abhi’s lawyer Batra says to Rishi in witness box that you left Tanuja 7 years back and didnt know she was pregnant because you and your family didnt care for her, Rishi says thats a lie, Batra says thats true, he says to judge that you are a woman and knows a woman would never leave her inlaws till she is forced to leave house and reason behind it emotional harassment and fights and his wife left because she was not happy, he couldnt keep her happy. Rishi says I loved her only, she never talked to me and kept things away from me. Tanu shouts that I tried to tell you many times but you never believed me. Rishi says you could have told me everything and would have worked together and would be together today. Abhi says keep past in past. Rishi says they are saying about present

but I feel like I am still standing where I was 7 years back, I didnt get to hold my daughter, I couldnt made her learn walk, what 7 years you are talking about? I agree that mother can never be replaced, a mother has place in kid’s life that can never be taken away but what about father? you kept him away like he was nothing, dont forget that my blood is running in her, mother cries for her daughter but father gets hurt too, I want to come to my daughter every night, I want to make sleep every night.. I didnt know I had a daughter but that doesnt make me poor father, if I knew of Natasha then wouldnt I love her? give father a chance to make his daughter happy, to love her like a father, let me be her father, he pleads judge. Batra sees Rishi winning over everyone and starts acting like he has heart attack, Judge says court is adjourned for next date, she leaves. Abhi comes to Rishi and says script for emotional drama was nice. Rishi says I was talking to Tanu because we dont talk normally, everything is clear, its me who is losing everything, only me. He sadly looks at Tanu and leaves.

Mittal says to Raj that Rishi have impressed whole court, he wiped all his accuses with his tears, this will be in our favor, we just need a proof that we can take care of Natasha more than Natasha, Rano says absolutely. Rishi says no she is a mother, nobody can take her place, it wont be right to prove something like that.
Naitra is sitting in court, judge is leaving but sees her. She says I never took sides but people accuse that I take sides with women but for first time I have seen a pain of a father, there is something wrong in Rishi’s life, some secret you have hidden which destroyed his life and you also know what that secret is, it will destroy his life more, she glares at her and leaves. Rishi comes there, Naitra is tensed, Rishi says lets go.

Scene 2
Naitra comes home with Rishi and asks if he needs something? he says yes I need Tanuja.. he says I am sorry, I want Tanu.. he leaves. Naitra thinks that I loved different Rishi, he was jolly and smiling but today Rishi is broken.

Batra comes to Abhi’s house and meets Tanu and Abhi. Tanu says you had heart attack? Batra says it was a drama, Abhi says I knew it. Batra says Rishi made everyone emotional, even judge who hate men was melted, if I didnt pretend to have heart attack then.. Tanu says then Rishi would have got custody? Batra says court doesnt work on emotions but laws and till Rishi doesnt bring some proof against you, till then he cant take custody with his tears.

Naitra is working in kitchen but keeps recalling judge’s words, she thinks what judge knows?

Abhi is working, Rohit comes there and says I found this ring in your office. Abhi says I bought it for Tanu but she said that she loves Rishi. Rohit says she might be emotional but if she really loved him then he would have taken Natasha to him but she didnt. Abhi says you are right, I even asked her if she wants to go to Rishi but she said that she wants to be with me, she doesnt love Rishi, just said it, now I will propose her. Abhi turns and sees Tanu standing there. He is shocked. He hides ring. Tanu glares at him and says what do you want? Abhi is tensed.

PRECAP- Rishi wipes Tanu’s finger and bandages it. He says it bandaged, he looks up to see Tanu staring at him, he says I bandaged your finger so I deserve a kiss. Tanu says are you mad? you say anything you want. rishi says for this, I wanted to see your love anger, you look cute, Rishi says but kissie? kissie? Tanu drags him and says please go, this is not your house. She is about to push him out of her room but hears Abhi coming and hides Rishi.
