Tanu asks Rishi what she did now to miff him? he glares at her and turns to leave but Tanu says do you want to say something? why you seem so bothered? Rishi says you tell me why I am tensed? I thought to not say it but no, I would say it, I couldnt meet you last night and I dont regret it at all. Tanu says you would meet if you had come but how could you come? you must have slept after promising, once again you broke a promise, nothing new and even if you came, my answer would be same that you would never get Tanuja and Natasha, you are my past and forget me. Rishi says fine, I will forget you, I dont need you anymore, Tanu turns to leave but Rishi grabs her shoulder and says leave where you want to but I want my daughter, I will have her. Tanu says leave my hand, people are watching, Rishi leaves it and says I dont want to hold hands that are in arms of someone else, if you want to be in someone’s arms then do it in room, not openly. Tanu recalls how she hugged Abhi. She says he is my husband, I can do what I want in my house with my husband, I dont need anyone’s permission and I have got respect and care in that house, I have told you all this before too, you make me feel like I cheated, we all know who cheated on who, stop looking at other families, be with your family and focus on them. You live with Naitra, she loves you a lot, be happy with her. They glare at each other. Tanu turns to leave but Rishi goes behind her.

Naitra is sitting in her room, she recalls how Rishi was alleged for having affair with Naitra in court. She says tomorrow is court hearing again, dont know what will happen.

Rishi says to Tanu that dont bring Naitra in all this. Tanu says I cant bring Naitra but you can bring Abhi whenever you want. Rishi says you dont know what Naitra did for my family. Tanu says I know everything what Naitra did for you and your family, infact I even know what she with you and if she didnt do it then this wouldnt be happening with you, Rishi says look.. she says I will talk and you will listen today because after that we will talk in court only, Naitra did whatever for herself but Abhi does everything.. Rishi says its his duty, he is your husband but Naitra.. Tanu says I know I know how great Naitra is, I couldnt confess my love in private but Naitra confessed infront of all, you love her and she loves you, you both love each other and be happy. Rishi says why cant I be happy if you are happy with Abhi, Tanu says I am very happy in life. Rishi says I dont care, Tanu says you care because you are fighting in middle of road like this, look at me, I am happy and dont bring past in all this because Abhi loves me a lot, he is nice husband and father too. Rishi says is he good lover too? Tanu says he doesnt make me cry like you, how can you stop me and question me like this? you act like you are my husband and Abhi is other man to me, I feel like calling Abhi and telling him that you are bothering me. Rishi says then call him, tell him some crazy lover is behind you, she says I dont irritate him for small things, Rishi says he is that great? Tanu says he takes care of me, doesnt put allegations on me, doesnt snatch everything from me in a blink.. Rishi looks away and says custody case was not my idea, I could never think to separate Natasha from you like this. Tanu says you are right but what is happening is not happening because of you right? she glares at him, sits in car and drives away. Rishi is angry.

At night, Tanu serves food to Abhi, he thanks her and starts eating. Tanu recalls Rishi saying that she can leave but he wants his daughter back, she is tensed and doesnt eat. Abhi asks her to have food. Spoon falls down from Tanu’s hand, Abhi and Tanu goes down to pick it, their hands brush, he says sorry. Abhi sadly looks at her. Tanu tries to gulp down food but says excuse me and leaves. Abhi feels bad and says she didnt eat. Abhi goes behind her and says till when you will remain like this? you have already bore a lot in life, now you have to be happy in life, you have to trust me. Tanu says the person I trusted most in life cheated and hurt me so much that I dont trust the word trust now, she leaves. Abhi thinks I am different then him, I will fulfill her life with trust and love. Tanu thinks my happiness start from Rishi and ended at him, he became reason for my every pain, after what he did with me, I dont think I can trust anyone else now.

In morning, Abhi meets another lawyer Batra and says now you are fighting my case? Batra says yes, Mehra was ill and I am his teacher so I will fight more nicely, I have studied case and we will win only, lets go.
Rishi comes to court. His lawyer Mittal stops him and Mehra got ill and his boss is fighting now, I feel like they are cooking up something. Rishi says no maybe he is really ill, our case is not that strong that his boss have to come and fight.

All arrive in court and settles down. Rishi and Tanu glances at each other. Judge starts proceeding. Abhi’s lawyer Batra says last time we had to end session because of Rishi’s anger, and this is point, Rishi can get angry anytime and will do anything in anger, will a small child be able to bear such anger? she is only 7 years old, she needs a parent that is nice and I will prove it, he calls Vinod in witness box. Vinod is Abhi’s servant, Batra asks how is Abhi in house? Vinod says he loves Natasha a lot, he doesnt have time but he stops for Natasha and miss out on his meetings for that too, he can do anything for his daughter. Mittal says we talked about Natasha’s accident and how Rishi saved her, he asks Vinod where was Abhi when Natasha was in hospital? Vinod says I was not in city at that time, Mittal says this person was not even in city when incident happened so this person is irrelevant, Abhi left got London after two days of accident. Abhi says she was fine then. Judge asks him to remain silent. Mittal calls Tanu in witness box. He asks what happened when Natasha was in accident, your husband must have been in office, what happened that day? Tanu says when we found out about Natasha’s accident, we went to hospital immediately and she was in operation theater, she lost a lot of blood, I fainted hearing that. Lawyer says when you were unconscious Abhi and Rishi decided who should give blood to her. Tanu says no Rishi gave blood to her, Abhi was not there at that time. Mittal says when Natasha needed blood, Abhi was not there and Rishi was there to save his daughter. Tanu says hear me out first, Abhi was stuck in traffic, he came there later. Mittal says when Natasha was already out of danger, he was not there but Rishi was there all the time. Tanu cries. Lawyer Batra says I want to question Rishi who have done big help by giving blood to Tanu’s daughter. Tanu wipes her tears and goes down. Rishi comes in witness box. Batra says your daughter is 7 years old and in these years, you didnt get any news about your wife and daughter and then suddenly in 7 seconds that you gave her blood? Rishi says because 7 years back I didnt know I have a daughter, it was hidden from me that me and Tanuja have a daughter. Batra says when your wife left you,you didnt even know she was pregnant because you and your family didnt care for Tanuja. Rishi is shocked and looks at Tanu with hurt in his eyes.

PRECAP- Judge of Natasha’s custody case is with Naitra and says I have experience in life and I can identify truth and lie easily, and I know there is big lie in Rishi’s life, a big secret that you know. Naitra gets tensed.
Rishi is at home. Naitra comes there and asks if he needs something. Rishi looks on and says yes.
