After the meeting, the clients were leaving and discuss they didn’t give the project to Poorab only because he is dishonest. Naitra comes with the file and was about to hug him in congratulations. He resists.
Tanuja tries to call Rishi, but Naitra finds a chance to cut her call. The inspector gets a call and tells Tanuja to leave, the complaint has been withdrawn. Tanuja hurries outside.
Naitra takes Rishi to the room.
Tanuja arrives at the hotel and reaches 302, she finds a note outside about ‘Do Not Disturb’. She knocks at the door and asks Rishi to open the door. The cleaning lady opens the door and apologizes Tanuja as she forgot to remove the tag. The cleaning lady says Mr. Rishi might be in the restaurant. Naitra and Rishi come to the club and asks about celebrating his victory. She orders a champaign for herself, he asks if she even drinks. Naitra was happy that he atleast asked about her choice. Rishi clarifies whatever she wish can’t happen. A drink fell over Rishi’s dress, he goes to change. Tanuja walks to the restaurant, then leaves. Naitra recalls Rano told her Rishi has an allergy with scotch, it gets to his brain. She orders two packs of scotch to their room.
Tanuja calls Rishi, he curtly asks why she came here? Tanuja recalls Rano told Naitra that Rishi is annoyed at Tanuja. Rishi says he already know why Tanuja came here, she considers him as stupid and idiot. Tanuja asks why he is saying so? Rishi drags her to a side and asks if he didn’t know she wanted him to lose the project. Tanuja explains she knew the quotations had got leaked to Poorab. Rishi argues if Poorab had got the quotations, he must have got the project but to Tanuja’s hard luck they got the project. Tanuja cheers up and congratulates Rishi. Rishi asks why is she so happy, when she technically lost the project. Tanuja assures she is really happy. Rishi says he can turn her happiness into sadness.
Rishi demands Tanuja his 20% share back by rule. She asks him to listen to her but Rishi wasn’t listen to anything she had to say. He says she has always proven him wrong, he ignored his family for her but she made his mom work. Tanuja explains that was important for Rano’s health and was about to speak about Divia when Rishi interrupts. He says he doesn’t want to listen to anything from her, as he has realized how important his family is, he has ignored his family a lot only for her.
Rishi enters the room which had been decorated with candles and flowers. Naitra says its celebration for him and pours scotch for Rishi. Rishi stood at the window hurt by flashes of his night with Tanuja. She says she doesn’t drink, but today she would cheers him only because of his success. He denies drinking, Naitra insists on him to take a single drink after such arrangement by her. He takes one after the other and gulps the whole water. Naitra thinks he appears to be upset, its good for her.
Naitra still outside in the balcony, lost in Rishi’s words. She decides to get back home, then remembers Naitra was there. She thinks she can’t let Naitra get close to Rishi, then wonders what she must do. She knows Naitra’s intentions aren’t good, she must do anything but not let Naitra succeed.
Rishi was drunk completely. Naitra cheers about his hangover. She thinks that now Rishi would marry her surely. Tanuja hurries towards Rishi’s room. Naitra comes to Rishi with another shot of drink. He gulps it all. He stops her hand at once as she tries to unbutton his shirt and asks about her intentions. Naitra asks if its wrong? He removes her hands off as she isn’t his wife, she has no right. Naitra turns his face towards her and says she would be his wife soon.

PRECAP: Naitra comes to lay close to Rishi when there is a knock at the door. Naitra opens the door to find police there.
