Karan Kundrra recently expressed his grief at the tragic demise of 28-year-old Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala, who was shot dead by assailants in Jawaharke village of Mansa district on Sunday, May 29.
Upon being asked by the paps to talk about the shocking demise of Sidhu, Karan said, “Haan yaar acha nahi hua. Mereko jo zyada ajeeb lagi baat ki aise din dahaade yeh cheezein ho rahi hain woh bhi Punjab mein…yeh woh Punjab nahi hai jo humein yaad hai.”
Karan also spoke about his tweet which he shared and added, “Punjab mein din dahaade yeh jo cheezein ho rahi hai, aise goliyan chal rahin hai. Mujhe samajh nahi aa raha yeh. Hindustan mein aise guns dena allowed nahi hai, I am sorry but yeh Afghanistan nahi hai ki yahan kuch bhi utha ke leke ghoom rahe ho .”
For the unversed, earlier in his tweet, Karan wrote, “Terrible news coming in from Punjab.. this is not right RIP #sidhumoosewala you legend.! Angry and sad!”
Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu aka Sidhu Moosewala was among 424 people whose security was withdrawn by the Punjab Police on Saturday.
