Kanika Maheshwari, who was seen in the show Kyun Utthe Dil Chhod Aaye is making the news once again as she has taken a break from the show. As we know that due to COVID restrictions and lockdown, the show has shifted base to Rajkot. Kanika, while talking about the same, said that she wishes to be with her family and feels that right now is when health is given primary importance so that there is no room for being sorry later.
She told us, ”I think this is the time to prioritize health and be safe. These are challenging times but I need to be safe rather than being sorry. I am an asthma patient myself and don’t want to take any chances. My father-in-law is also suffering from cancer so had to give my attention to my family at this time.”
Earlier, Kanika has also spoken about how she is not comfortable about leaving her son and going to shoot while taking him along to Rajkot was also not the most ideal of situations. Hence, the actress spoke to the production house to keep her character away for a while and this decision came after a mutual discussion between them.
