Kamalanayani – an Untold Character of the Great Epic. (Episode 26)

Kamala sat near the fire and was in deep thoughts… Lord Krishna noticed it and came near her. She saw him and stood up. He asked her “Why are you so sad Putri?”. She replied “I am not sad Pithashree… But I am worried about how am I gonna fulfill the responsibilities that you have given me…”. He smiled and said “Don’t worry too much… The destiny will guide you…”.

Kamala agreed and took leave from Lord Krishna. She started feeding Veera who is in the form of a horse with grass. At the same time, Rajkumar Abhimanyu was practicing sword. Rajkumar Pradyumna was monitoring the surroundings with his hand-held telescope/binocular and felt safe that nothing was wrong. Padma expressed her desire to see through the telescope to her brother. When she was seeing, she said “Jyest, why am I seeing some crowd over there…?”

Rajkumar Pradyumna immediately snatched the telescope from her and saw that it was an army marching towards them. Kamala and Rajkumar Abhimanyu also noticed some thrust on the ground and came there. Rajkumar Pradyumna immediately alerted everyone. But to their shock, the army got widened every moment. They concluded that it must be an army of more than 1000 soldiers and here Dvaraka’s soldiers were not even 100 by count as they have come on a personal trip.

Rajkumar Pradyumna asked Lord Krishna to use his Sudharshan chakra. But Lord Krishna refused to do it until, he knows that their motive is bad. Rajkumar Abhimanyu insisted Lord Krishna to do it. Yet, in vain. Padma was frightened and hugged her father’s legs. He patted her head.

Kamala said “We must know their motive…But also be ready for a battle”. They agreed and immediately left the tents empty. The army was close to them. They hid themselves in the forest. Rajkumar Abhimanyu said “Now I understand why I had to roam around the forest all day…”. Kamala said “Everything has a reason behind it, Swami…”

Each of them hid behind trees. Lord Krishna said “I guess it is a small army and you guys can face it…”. Kamala gulped… But both the Rajkumars said “We can… But will need your help if, the situation goes miserable”. Lord Krishna blessed them “Vijayee Bhava”. Lord Krishna and Padma went to a very safe place.

Kamala said “Can we manage…”. Rajkumar Pradyumna said “Dvaraka’s Soldiers are well trained to fight with 10 soldiers at a time… So We can…”. Kamala asked “Am I ? Jyest”. Rajkumar Abhimanyu said “Don’t worry… I have trained you… And, don’t forget about yourself..” (remarking Devi Kamalanayani indirectly…)

They find the army searching throughout their tents and understand that, their motive was to attack them. The commander of that army orders the soldiers to search the forest thoroughly.

Everyone gets their weapons ready. Rajkumar Pradyumna orders them to follow his commands. Kamala prays to her Pithashrees and Mata Adishakti to win this war without any problem for anyone of Dvaraka.
