Kamala felt that her decision was right and was stubborn in that… She wanted her father to take care in this matter. As per the boon she received from Tridev, she wanted her divine fathers to perform all the rituals of her marriage…
That evening, during the dinner time, Lord Krishna asked Mata Subhadra to have dinner with him.. [Actually, in that time, women will have to eat food after men finish eating…]. Mata Subhadra felt it, strange that, the same has happened before she got married… But not after that… Rajkumar Abhimanyu paused his meal and started to observe the happenings keenly.
Mata Subhadra asked Lord Krishna for the reason.. Lord Krishna replied “The ones who are going to be in-laws, should have meals equally…”. Mata understood it and sat near him… Both Rajkumar Abhimanyu and Rajkumari Kamalanayani smiled at each other on hearing this…
“I hope that Abhimanyu would have told you about what has happened..” said Lord Krishna who also asked his wives to have food with him… Mata Subhadra replied “Yes… Bhaiya”. “So what is your decision?” asked Mata Satyabhama and Mata Rukmani in chorus…
Mata Subhadra was unable to say the answer and tears started flowing from her eyes… Everyone rushed towards her.. And Kamala wiped her tears… “Putr Abhimanyu, I his your father in this moment… How could I decide your life without him ?” said Mata Subhadra by holding Rajkumar Abhimanyu’s hands…
Lord Krishna caressed her head and said “Subhadre… Don’t cry… My Yogmaya will not cry…”. She stopped crying and said “Bhaiya, how can I do it without his concern…? Will it be good… But I don’t feel so…”. Mata Satyabhama said “You are right, Subhadra.. But I just wanted to know about what you are thinking?.. Don’t worry, everything else will be done properly…”
Then, Mata Subhadra said “Having my dear, Kamalanayani as our Kulavadhu and as my daughter-in-law is my privilege…”. Kamala’s head got drowned in shyness.. She sat near her father and gently smiled at him… He patted her shoulders and said “According to me, my daughter has made me proud..”. Kamala thanked him, for which he replied “No putri, you should not thank me.. You have made me proud through your karmas… I am proud to have you as my daughter…”. “It is the boon of 1000 years tapasya, for me to be your daughter, Pithashree…” said Kamala remarking the birth of Devi Kamalanayani…
After that, everyone had their dinner and left… Kamala started dreaming about her wedding… She started learning more about cooking from her mothers…. She learnt the favorite dishes of Rajkumar Abhimanyu also and learnt how to cook them…
She started spending more time for her shringara (make-over)…
But, a week later, the royal priest, personally visited Lord Krishna and spoke to him in private… He said “Prabhu, I came here to notify you about something which could be avoided…”. Lord Krishna enquired him… The royal priest explained everything in detail… “The fact is Rajkumari Kamalanayani’s wedding… I felt that the positions of the grahas in her horoscope is going to change and it may cause some bad effects… But it can be completely avoided too…”.
Lord Krishna replied “There are a few things in this universe which can never be avoided by anyone…”. The priest said “Prabhu, You are the Paramatma… You can do anything for your daughter’s well-being…”. Lord Krishna replied “When I look at her as Krishna, then she is my daughter… But if I see as Paramatma, then… She is also an atma for me… But I never see in that way usually… I will look at my kids, just as I look at this universe… Everyone are equal for me…”.
“Whatever has to happen will happen… And it has to happen.. Nobody can avoid it from happening.” said Lord Krishna… The priest was shocked to hear his reply..
He added “Prabhu, I felt that, some curse is gonna affect her immensely… So kindly get her vivah or swayamvara happen as soon as possible.. You know everything, but my heart pushed me to say this to you…”. Then, the priest took leave and Lord Krishna got submerged in thoughts…
