The Episode starts with Bhavani instructing the police inspector to check the CCTV footage and arrest the culprits. Manvi intervenes, warning Bhavani that Amruta might end up in jail if the footage is reviewed. Bhavani and Manvi argue until Virat steps in, telling the inspector he’ll explain the truth. Bhavani declares her distrust of Virat, who comments on her suspicion.
The inspector questions Ranvir about whether he did anything to harm Amruta since the doctor mentioned glass injuries. The inspector turns to Virat, who admits his involvement. Bhavani and Abhir demand Virat’s arrest. However, Amruta intervenes, clarifying it was an accident. The police let Virat and Manvi go.
Babita notices Amruta’s injuries and questions her about Ranvir’s involvement. Abhir reveals that Ranvir hurt Amruta. Babita advises Amruta to stay away from Ranvir, saying he isn’t like Virat. Abhir comments bitterly and walks away.
Manvi confronts Virat for meeting Amruta without informing her. Virat explains his recurring nightmares and reveals that he needs answers about a significant event from his past. He recalls the doctor who treated both Amruta and him after the accident. Virat believes he might find proof that he’s Ranvir Arora and vows to expose the Ahuja family. Manvi discourages him, but Virat insists on meeting the doctor.
Meanwhile, Abhir teases Amruta, and Bhavani brings food for her. Bhavani later tells Dildar that Ranvir is dangerous for Amruta. She proposes getting Amruta married to Abhir. Dildar agrees to discuss it with Abhir.
Virat and Manvi meet the doctor. Virat reminds him of treating him after the accident two years ago. The doctor recalls finding Virat in a valley and identifying him through Manvi’s photo in his wallet. He mentions that Manvi claimed she had been in a relationship with Virat for a year. Manvi silently vows to keep Virat under her control.
Outside the doctor’s cabin, Manvi encounters her ex-boyfriend, Anshul. He questions her sudden departure to India and accuses her of cheating on him. Anshul threatens to reveal the truth to Ranvir. Manvi, desperate to silence him, pushes Anshul off the terrace, killing him. She vows to eliminate anyone who threatens her plans, even Virat or Amruta.
Back at the house, Abhir brings food for Amruta. The servant informs her that Ranvir has arrived. Virat (Ranvir) enters to check on Amruta and notices puran poli, triggering fragments of his past memories.
Later, Manvi secretly mixes medicine into Virat’s protein shake. Speaking on the phone, she confidently states that everything is going according to plan and that Virat won’t discover his true identity until she reveals it. Suddenly, she notices Virat standing behind her, overhearing the conversation.
