The Episode starts with Virat telling Amruta that seeing her at the hospital triggered his memory, reminding him that he is Virat Singh Ahuja. He recalls briefly regaining consciousness and witnessing Manvi disguised as a nurse, injecting a medicine into his saline bottle. Virat reveals that he then removed his IV drip.
Abhir arrives at the office and finds Amruta working on her laptop. Virat hides from Abhir as he questions Amruta about her work. She explains that she couldn’t sleep, so she decided to get some work done. Abhir suggests she could do it in the morning, to which Amruta responds with a remark. Abhir then leaves.
Amruta tells Virat that they should keep his regained consciousness a secret from everyone, and he agrees. He adds that their priority should be to find out who Manvi really is and why she is so obsessed with him. Amruta agrees.
Later, Amruta takes Virat to Manvi’s house. On the way, Virat asks if she has noticed how Abhir seems overly interested in her and makes a comment about it. He then sarcastically remarks that Amruta has a PhD in moving on. Amruta retorts, pointing out that he is the one with a pregnant girlfriend. She then questions whether Manvi is really pregnant. Virat admits he doesn’t know, as Manvi has been giving him medicine for a while. Determined to find out the truth, he insists they must go to Manvi’s house immediately. Amruta warns him to be cautious of her medications. Virat reassures her not to worry, revealing that he has already swapped the medicine in all the injections.
Meanwhile, Manvi wakes up in the middle of the night and notices that Ranvir is not in his room. Suspicious, she calls Abhir and tells him about it, suggesting that he might be with Amruta. Abhir dismisses the idea, saying he just saw Amruta alone at the office and Ranvir was not with her. Manvi begins to wonder where Virat could be if he isn’t with Amruta.
Amruta drops Virat at Manvi’s house. As Manvi steps outside, she immediately questions where he had been. Playing along, Virat asks why she’s awake at this hour, pretending to be concerned. Manvi, testing him, asks him to hug her if he truly cares. Noticing that she is about to spot Amruta, Virat quickly pulls her into a hug and leads her inside the house.
Back home, Amruta is confronted by Babita, who asks where she had been. Seeing Abhir eavesdropping, Amruta carefully avoids mentioning Virat’s regained memory and simply says she had gone to the office since she couldn’t sleep. She makes a casual remark about it before changing the subject.
Later, Manvi speaks to Rajiv on the phone, assuring him that Virat hasn’t remembered anything. Rajiv sees this as a relief and then informs her that he will soon be released on medical bail. Pleased, Manvi admits that she is exhausted from constantly dealing with Amruta and makes a comment about it. Just then, Virat walks in and questions her about the call. Manvi quickly lies, saying she was speaking to a doctor because she was feeling nauseous. Shortly after, she leaves the room. Virat immediately calls Amruta, asking her to send a trusted doctor to examine Manvi. He wants to confirm whether she is truly pregnant. Amruta agrees.
