The Episode starts with Virat telling Amruta that Abhir used both her and Vrinda for his selfish plans, and he doesn’t think he can forgive him. Amruta understands his anger. Just then, Dr. Shweta shows up unexpectedly. She says Abhir called her to check on Manvi. Amruta isn’t pleased and throws a taunt her way. Babita and Bebe are waiting for food. Manvi sneaks in and adds something to the soup, then forces Bebe to drink it. Babita panics and calls Dildar, worried that Manvi is trying to harm Bebe. Nimrit scolds Manvi and threatens to call the mental asylum. Abhir rushes in to defend Manvi, but Dildar yells at him. Manvi tries to cover up, saying it was just a joke and she only used water to lift their mood.
Virat questions Dr. Shweta about Amruta’s kidney transplant. Amruta clarifies
Later, Abhir sees Harsh treating Manvi and tells him to leave. Harsh insists he’s just doing his job. Abhir is suspicious and tells Harsh not to come near Manvi again. Harsh quietly tells Nimrit that he did his part and nobody will suspect them.
Abhir asks Manvi why she pretended to poison Bebe. She snaps at him, saying her truth won’t be exposed until their goal is achieved. When he asks how she’s feeling, she says not great and waits for Dr. Shweta. Dr. Shweta eventually confesses everything — how she was manipulated by Abhir and Manvi, how she lied to Amruta, and how Manvi’s mental illness was all fake. Virat and Amruta are stunned to learn the truth. Dr. Shweta even reveals that Ahuja’s servant Kishor was feeding Abhir information about Amruta’s health.
Bhavani says Manvi is even more dangerous than Priyanka. Dr. Shweta begs for forgiveness. Virat wants to punish her, but Amruta asks him to let her go. She warns Dr. Shweta to keep quiet. Shweta agrees and leaves.
Virat then asks Amruta what she’s planning. She tells him it’s time to trap Abhir and Manvi and expose them. She wants them to get caught in their own game. She can’t forgive them for what they did to Vrinda. Virat asks Bhavani to keep everything secret from Babita and Dildar, and Bhavani agrees.
