The Episode starts with Virat confessing everything to Amruta. He never wanted her to find out the truth. But Amruta, very much awake, hears every word. She quietly reaches for his hand and assures him that she heard it all. Virat is stunned.
Meanwhile, Abhir asks Nimrit to get a glass of water for Manvi. She hands him an empty one, planning her next move. As soon as he leaves to fill it, she recalls the pill Harsh gave her—the one meant to keep Manvi under control. With calculated precision, she spikes the water, hoping Abhir unknowingly gives it to Manvi.
Back with Amruta and Virat, emotions run high. Amruta breaks down and tells Virat he should have let her die instead of taking help from Abhir and Manvi. Virat’s eyes well up—he tells her he can’t live without her.
Amruta suspects something deeper. She points out how strange Manvi’s behavior has been—how she suddenly remembered Rajiv and turned violent. She doesn’t trust her. She feels both Abhir and Manvi are hiding something. Virat recalls Abhir’s explanations about Manvi’s mental state but now starts to doubt it all.
On the other side, the plan is in motion. Nimrit watches Manvi drink the spiked water and breathes a sigh of relief. She immediately informs Harsh. While this unfolds, Virat is just happy to have Amruta by his side again. He jokes that she shouldn’t scare him like that ever again. She tells him she can’t live without him either. Just then, he receives a call from Dr. Solanki and agrees to meet to discuss Amruta’s case.
Manvi, meanwhile, isn’t feeling well. Abhir grows concerned, and Nimrit arrives offering another pill—this time for nausea. But Manvi refuses to take anything. Abhir, sensing something’s off, asks Nimrit to call the doctor. She calls Harsh, who soon shows up, but Abhir refuses to let him near Manvi. He says he doesn’t trust Harsh anymore and calls in a different doctor instead.
Dr. Solanki meets Virat and Amruta with some shocking news. He tells them that Amruta’s kidneys are perfectly healthy and that she’s never undergone any transplant. Virat is in disbelief. He demands Bhavani show the earlier medical reports. Dr. Solanki confirms what they feared—someone tricked them. The previous gynecologist lied. There are no surgical marks on Amruta’s body.
Everything starts to click. Virat is certain Abhir was behind this deceit. Amruta feels equally betrayed. Bhavani insists they must confront the lying doctor. Virat suspects Abhir bribed them all. But now, with the truth in their hands, he’s no longer under Abhir’s thumb. He vows to uncover everything and finally confront him.
Amruta, stronger than ever, says she’ll stand by him and fight Abhir with him. The two head home with fire in their eyes. Amruta urges Virat to stay calm, but he’s already tallying up Abhir’s wrongdoings. He’s done being silent. As they reach the house, they run into Dr. Shweta. She says she’s come to check on Manvi. But Amruta isn’t buying it—she shoots a cold glare and calls her out for her lies.
