The Episode starts with Amruta screaming for help as she finds herself trapped in a lift. Virat hears her cries and rushes to her aid. Manvi is at the fuse box, deliberately cutting wires. Just then, Abhir arrives and is horrified. He confronts Manvi, asking if she’s lost her mind. Coldly, she replies that she wants Virat to lose his—by snatching Amruta away from him forever. Her eyes burn with hate as she declares she wants Amruta dead.
Virat’s desperate voice echoes through the air, drawing his family members outside in panic. Abhir warns Manvi that if anything happens to Amruta or her baby, neither of them will be spared. But Manvi is unmoved. She reveals her dark truth to Abhir—that her entire emotional breakdown was a farce. A calculated act. She accuses Virat and Amruta of being responsible for Rajiv’s death and claims she also lost her unborn child because of them. Now, she wants revenge. She wants Virat to suffer just as she did.
Abhir is shaken. He realizes he was wrong to side with her. Meanwhile, inside the lift, Amruta gets injured while shielding baby Vrinda, but keeps her safe. Virat arrives just in time and pries open the lift doors. He hands Vrinda to his family and urgently asks them to call a doctor for Amruta. With trembling arms, he holds her tightly, thanking the heavens she’s alive.
Back home, Bhavani breaks down in tears and prays for Amruta and Vrinda’s safety. The doctor arrives and checks Amruta. He assures everyone that she’s stable but needs blood tests. When Virat mentions her kidney transplant, the doctor looks confused. He’s Amruta’s long-time physician and says he never knew of any kidney issue. His suspicion turns toward Dr. Shweta, who might have misled them.
Virat tries to calm Bhavani, while elsewhere, Nimrit asks Harsh for help in reining in Manvi. Harsh agrees. At the same time, Abhir lashes out at Manvi for ruining everything. But Manvi, smug and fearless, says no one will ever find out her truth. She doesn’t plan on pretending to be mentally unstable forever. Her obsession is clear—she just wants Virat away from Amruta.
Abhir draws a line—he warns her not to touch Amruta. He confesses he loves Amruta deeply and won’t let any harm come her way. He says she can do whatever she wants to the Ahujas, but Amruta and her baby are off-limits. He even threatens to go to the police if she crosses the line again. Manvi swears she won’t hurt Amruta but tries to play the sympathy card, saying Priyanka was her sister too and she knows the pain of being sidelined.
Later that night, Virat sits beside a sleeping Amruta. He gently whispers an apology. He confesses that he didn’t have the courage to tell her about the kidney transplant deal with Abhir. He reveals that Manvi’s kidney was a match and that’s why he went to such lengths. Unaware that Amruta might be hearing it all, he finally tells her the truth he’s been hiding.
