Ishika comes to Virat’s house and starts ordering her workers. Virat asks what is she up to? Ishika says I was hired to redesign this house by the owner of this house. Dildar asks if she has lost her mind? Deepika says Nimi is owner of this house and she would never hire Ishika. Ishika says Nimi was but not anymore. Virat asks what is she saying? Ishika says I will call the new owner. She calls Priyanka there. All are shocked seeing her come with her guards. Priyanka says this my house now and my lawyer can prove that. All are confused. Priyanka tells them to pack their bags and get lost. Amruta tells her to stop this drama and leave. Virat says I will call the police and tell them she plotted to kidnap Nimi and Amruta. Priyanka says you are cute, she is about to touch him but he shrugs her off. He tells her to leave before he calls the police. Priyanka says you can call the police but do you have any proof against me? no so stop threatening me. Amruta thinks Priyanka seems too confident. She asks why is she saying she is the owner of this house? Priyanka says at least you are sensible. I got this house thanks to Nimi, she gave this house to me herself. Nimi says why would I do that? Priyanka says I have proof so don’t worry. She asks her lawyer to show them proof. He shows the property papers to Virat which says Priyanka is the owner of this house now. All are shocked to see Nimi’s signature on the papers. Ishika says lets give them time to process. Virat says these papers seem legit and it has Nimi’s sign. Nimi says they are my signature but I didn’t sign these papers. Amruta says I am sure its their new plot. Virat says I will call my lawyer to confirm about these papers. Priyanka’s lawyer says these are legit papers. Virat tells him to shut up, this is our house and she is lying. He is about to tears the papers but Ishika stops him and says its illegal so be careful. Nimi asks how can this happen? I never signed these papers, they fooled me. Deepika says you signed divorce papers, remember that? Nimi recalls signing those and says they swapped those papers. Priyanka says it doesn’t matter because it has your signature so this house is mine now. Virat says this is my house and I will take care of you, you want money right? he goes from there. Babita asks Priyanka why is she doing this? she gave her everything she wants. Priyanka says I really like this house so don’t mind me. Virat brings his chequebook and asks how much money she wants? He signs a cheque for 90 crores and says this is double of what this house is worth so get lost now. Priyanka says I would leave if this cheque had any value. Virat says what do you mean? She says you can’t afford 90 crores anymore, you can’t even give a lac to anyone anymore. All are confused hearing that, Amruta leaves from there. Babita tells her to shut up. Priyanka tears the cheque and says Amruta must have gone to pack her bags. Amruta comes back with Virat’s iPad. She tells Virat that his bank account has no money. Virat is confused and says we didn’t transfer the amount to Rajiv so who did? Babita says I did.. I thought Amruta was putting Nimi’s life in danger so I transferred the amount to Rajiv. Virat checks all his bank accounts but they are all empty. Priyanka says you have no value now. Virat says I won’t let you take over my house. I will sell shares to save my house. Dildar says we can’t sell company shares. He says I will share Babita’s shares then. Priyanka asks her to tell them the truth. Babita looks on.
