The episode kicks off with Bebe asking Babita to store the dowry items safely. Babita gets defensive, insisting they shouldn’t call it “dowry” but rather a gift. She warns that calling it dowry could get them in trouble with the police. Dildar arrives and makes a remark, saying they’re wrong to hide this from Amruta. Amruta overhears and asks what they’re talking about. Dildar brushes it off, claiming it’s nothing important. Babita tells Amruta that if the engagement doesn’t go well, Mandira and Asha will taunt them endlessly. Amruta makes a sarcastic remark before Abhir joins in with a comment of his own. Amruta eventually walks away.
Dildar speaks with Bhavani, expressing his desire for Abhir and Amruta to get married. Bhavani says she has no issue but mentions that Mandira dislikes Amruta. Dildar assures Bhavani that he will handle Mandira and urges her to talk to Amruta and convince her for the marriage. Bhavani agrees. The Ahuja family arrives in Goa. Manvi notices their arrival at the hotel and immediately calls Ranbir (Virat) to inform him. Amruta spots someone from behind who looks like Virat and tries to catch a glimpse of his face.
Meanwhile, Manvi bumps into a staff member and accuses him of ruining her dress with coffee stains. Amruta intervenes, suggesting it was probably an accident. Manvi makes a snide remark, leading to an argument. Amruta compensates Manvi with money for the ruined dress and makes a biting comment before walking away.
Amruta approaches the receptionist and inquires whether the man she saw earlier has booked a room. The receptionist confirms and takes her to the person, but Amruta is disappointed to find it’s not Virat. She leaves, while the receptionist shares a knowing smile with Manvi. Asha asks Dildar and Babita about the flat papers. Nimrit admits it was her mistake, saying the papers aren’t there but will arrive tomorrow. Virat secretly records their conversation. During the engagement ceremony, everyone dances joyfully. Babita discreetly hands Asha the flat papers.
Just as Shekhar and Nimrit are about to exchange rings, the police arrive and halt the engagement. They announce that Asha and Shekhar are under arrest for accepting dowry. Amruta tries to defend them, claiming it’s a misunderstanding. However, she notices Shekhar’s silence and starts believing the cops’ accusations. Amruta confronts Shekhar, questioning how he could do such a thing. She then turns to Babita, accusing her of being blinded by greed and warning that this will only lead to more demands in the future. Asha lashes out at Amruta, claiming that Babita and Nimrit willingly offered the flat and diamond necklace as gifts. The police reveal a video recorded by Virat, which contradicts Asha’s claim.
