The Episode starts with Amruta confronting the doctor, demanding to know if Manvi is truly pregnant. The doctor warns her to leave or he will call the police. Amruta refuses to go without the truth, leading to an argument. The doctor then calls security, who forcibly remove Amruta from the cabin.
Amruta immediately calls Babita to inform her about Manvi’s pregnancy. Shocked, Babita shares the news with Bebe. Mandira, overhearing the conversation, makes a remark about Virat, prompting Bebe and Babita to respond with comments about her. Annoyed, Mandira walks away. Babita then realizes why Virat agreed to marry Manvi and decides to assist Amruta.
Babita and Anjali disguise themselves as pest control workers to sneak into Manvi’s house. Prakash questions them about their authorization. In response, Babita sprays chloroform on him, knocking him unconscious. They then release gas smoke and begin searching the house.
Meanwhile, Ranvir and Manvi return home to find smoke filling their house and Prakash unconscious. Ranvir revives him, and Prakash explains that pest control workers were there. Manvi immediately suspects Amruta and fears she might uncover evidence against her.
During their search, Babita finds an empty medicine bottle. Virat arrives and questions Babita and Anjali’s presence. To avoid being caught, Babita increases the smoke and escapes with Anjali. Outside, Babita shows the bottle to Anjali, who praises her efforts. They then rush to Amruta.
Amruta, lost in thoughts about Virat, unexpectedly runs into Babita and Anjali. She questions their unusual attire, and Anjali reveals they went to Manvi’s house to find evidence. Babita hands Amruta the medicine bottle. Upon checking its details online, Amruta thanks them, realizing her suspicions were correct.
Meanwhile, Virat brings water for Manvi, who shows him their wedding theme. As Manvi momentarily steps away, a call from Rajiv comes in. Virat answers, and Rajiv, thinking it’s Manvi, affectionately calls her “sweetheart.” Startled, Virat demands to know who he is, prompting Rajiv to hang up.
Suspicious, Virat questions Manvi about the call. He redials the number and discovers it belongs to a central jail. When he confronts Manvi, she fabricates a story about her charity work—donating food and conducting workshops for prisoners—claiming that some inmates cross boundaries.
Later, Amruta approaches Virat, attempting to jog his memory of their past. She reminds him of the time he saved her from the swing during the engagement and called her “Baiko.” Virat recalls the moment and repeats the term. Witnessing this, Manvi quickly injects him with an injection.
