The Episode starts with Amruta getting stressed about the kidney transplant. Bhavani finds her crying and comforts her. Amruta tries to hide her tears. Babita urges Virat to seek Jayesh’s help. He refuses, fearing Jayesh will hurt them. Babita reminds him that losing Amruta would hurt more. Amruta, worried for Virat’s future, shares her fear. Bhavani consoles her and tells her to trust Bappa. She sends her to rest.
Babita again pushes Virat to call Jayesh and Ishika. She says Amruta means a lot to her. Virat thanks her and promises to do everything to save Amruta.
He checks on Amruta and finds her asleep. As memories flood in, he whispers that she wouldn’t agree with what he’s about to do, but he has to choose her. He makes a call and agrees to a deal. At the office, Abhir shows up. Virat fumes at the sight of him. He questions Abhir’s feelings for Amruta and says he’s willing to give him anything if the kidney matches—except his outrageous demands. Still, thinking of Amruta, Virat accepts.
Meanwhile, Amruta wakes up, senses Virat’s absence, and sees Rajiv in a terrifying vision. Rajiv blames her for his death, saying she’ll never find peace. She defends herself, saying she was only saving Virat. Shaken, she checks the time and rushes out, tracking Virat’s location to the office.
At the office, Abhir lays out his terms. Virat initially refuses but ultimately agrees, knowing Amruta wouldn’t approve. He begs Abhir to keep the deal secret. Amruta arrives, not spotting Abhir, and questions Virat. He lies, saying nothing’s wrong. She warns him not to break the law. He assures her he’s being careful. Suddenly, she feels labor pain. Dildar calls Virat, and the family hears her scream. Panic sets in as they rush to help.
