The Episode starts with Amruta and Virat waking up and seeing Rajiv. Rajiv mocks her, reminding her that he had told her once—he’s immortal, he’s Raavan, and he will come back. He declares he’s back to destroy everyone she loves, starting with Virat. He begins suffocating Virat right in front of her. Amruta screams and jolts awake. Virat rushes to her side, asking what’s wrong, but before she can respond, she faints in his arms.
Virat immediately calls out for Babita and Dildar and rushes Amruta to the hospital. The doctor arrives with her reports and shares a serious concern. A transplant will be needed after delivery, or it might be fatal. Dildar assures the doctor they’ll do whatever it takes. Bhavani steps forward and offers her kidney, but Harsha intervenes. Bhavani’s health doesn’t allow her to be a donor.
Harsha volunteers instead. Amruta pleads with him not to throw his life away for her. Still, Harsha proceeds with the tests, only for the doctor to come back with disappointing news—his results aren’t a match. Virat then offers to get his blood tested. Amruta gently urges him to stay strong and healthy for the baby.
Nimrit and Babita also step forward to get tested. Amruta tries to stop them, but Babita insists. She says Amruta is family and worth risking their lives for. They go ahead with the tests. The doctor returns once more, this time with heavier news. None of them are a match. She asks if there’s anyone else who might be willing to come forward. Amruta quietly says there’s no one, and they’ll need to look elsewhere. Bhavani suggests asking one more person, but Amruta shuts it down. She believes that person will never agree.
The family is heartbroken. Amruta tells them not to waste time hoping for help that won’t come. She requests the doctor to keep searching for a donor. Virat holds her hand and promises her. She tells him she trusts him with all her heart. In another corner, Dadi and Bhavani discuss Ishika and Jayesh. Bhavani knows Amruta won’t accept help from them, but she’s willing to beg if it will save her. Virat stops her, promising again that he’ll figure it out.
Amruta returns home. She notices the gloomy faces and knows she’s the reason. She decides to lift everyone’s spirits. Talking to her baby, she speaks hope into the room. She reassures Babita that everything will be alright and her prayers will work. She hugs them all with warmth and strength. Virat, behind it all, continues his search for a donor.
His phone rings. Someone on the other end says they can arrange a donor for Amruta. Virat doesn’t hesitate. He says he’ll pay any amount. Amruta finds out and begs him not to take any wrong steps. Babita hears their conversation and steps in too. She warns him not to do anything reckless. Amruta, feeling helpless, tells them not to expect anything from her father.
