The Episode starts with Virat asking Amruta to focus on herself. Manvi wakes up and questions the doctor about what happened. He gently tells her to stay strong and breaks the news that she fell, putting her pregnancy at risk. Sadly, he couldn’t save her baby. Manvi is devastated. She refuses to believe it, clings to a pillow, and sings a lullaby in denial. The doctor and nurse watch her in silence, feeling her pain.
He tries to make her understand that her baby is no more. Manvi lashes out and demands to speak to Rajiv. When the nurse tries to calm her, the doctor informs her that Rajiv has passed away. Manvi breaks down, unable to accept the truth. She’s sedated and faints. Babita, Dildar, and Nimrit give Virat and Amruta a warm welcome. Babita performs their aarti and congratulates them on the pregnancy. Amruta expresses her gratitude. Nimrit then shares the heartbreaking news that Manvi has lost her baby and, shattered by Rajiv’s death, is being moved to a mental health facility. The family is heartbroken. Virat says that everything they did was for their own protection and not to hurt Manvi or her child. Babita agrees and suggests they leave the past behind. She plans surprises for the couple.
Abhir arrives with his mother. Anjali brings a special cake for Virat and Amruta, and the celebration begins. But Abhir’s mother fuels his anger against the couple. Abhir mocks them with a song, making his presence uncomfortable for everyone. He reminds them how he stood by when Virat wasn’t around. Virat warns Abhir to leave and confronts his mother too. He even taunts that Abhir may end up in the same condition as Manvi. Amruta steps in to stop him, but Virat insists on handling things his way.
He says he doesn’t trust Abhir and won’t let his negativity touch their baby. Amruta agrees. She tells Abhir that the family gave him many chances, but he never changed. Babita also asks them to leave. Abhir and his mother walk out.
At the asylum, Manvi sits alone, coloring a teddy bear and talking to it. Abhir visits her, heartbroken to see her like that. He blames the Ahujas for her suffering and promises to stand by her. He tells her Virat took everything—Rajiv, her baby, and even Amruta. He vows revenge and declares war against the Ahujas, believing a new chapter of destruction is about to start. Manvi, lost in her own world, doesn’t understand much. Later, Amruta opens the door in a dream where Manvi appears to attack her. She stabs Amruta, but Amruta wakes up—realizing it was just a nightmare. She hears Babita and Bhavani arguing playfully over sweets. Smiling, Amruta chooses not to stress herself.
Virat arrives and checks on her. She assures him she’s fine and happy about their present life. He takes her to their room and gets ready for a meeting. Amruta helps him with his shirt, and he lightens the moment with a joke. Sensing something on her mind, he asks if she’s truly okay. She nods and he reminds her she can always talk to him about anything.
