The Episode starts with Bhavani worrying that if Babita had seen her medicines, she would have been exposed. In her nervousness, she accidentally drops the medicine. Babita picks it up and notices it’s for diabetes. Bhavani quickly claims she has diabetes and makes a remark about it before leaving. Relieved, Bhavani thinks it was a good decision to order real medicine along with the fake ones. Bhavani returns home and notices that the sticker on the medicine bottle has been peeled off. Seeing Amruta approaching, she quickly hides the bottle.
Amruta asks Bhavani if she’s feeling okay. Bhavani reassures her and then asks if she truly loves her enough to agree to marry Abhir for her sake. Amruta responds with a remark. Manvi notices Virat deep in thought and asks what’s on his mind. Virat says he’s considering going on a vacation with her. Manvi suggests Alibagh, and Virat agrees.
Dr. Solanki visits Amruta, who inquires about Bhavani’s health. He tells her that Bhavani’s condition has improved but still needs care. After he leaves, Anjali asks Amruta if she’s genuinely concerned about Bhavani, to which Amruta replies affirmatively. Anjali then suggests Amruta visit Bhavani’s house to take care of her. Amruta reacts to this suggestion.
Later that night, Amruta is seen working in her office when Anjali arrives, urging her to take a break. She makes a comment about Amruta before leaving.
Virat then approaches Amruta and engages in conversation. Eventually, he questions why she’s going through with the wedding if she doesn’t want to. Amruta challenges him to give her a reason not to. Virat says that God will provide her with a reason to stop the marriage and makes a remark about it.
The next day, Babita busies herself preparing for the ring ceremony. Mandira pretends to help with the decorations, prompting Babita to question her intentions. Mandira responds with a comment.
Virat packs for his trip to Alibagh. Later, Manvi surprises him by blindfolding him and leading him to a special setup she prepared. She gets down on one knee and proposes to him. Virat is struck by memories of Amruta proposing to him in the same way. Confused, he asks Manvi if she has ever proposed to him like this before. Manvi denies it, but Virat, disturbed by his recollections, walks away. Worried, Manvi calls the doctor and asks for medicine to suppress Virat’s memories. The doctor warns her that administering the medicine could endanger Virat’s life, but Manvi insists on getting it.
At the engagement ceremony, Bhavani blesses Abhir, and Mandira performs aarti, offering blessings to Amruta. However, she accidentally spills sindoor on Amruta, who then goes to clean it. Amruta notices Dr. Solanki calling Bhavani’s phone and answers it. He tells Bhavani that he can no longer continue this charade. He questions how long she plans to pretend to be sick when she is perfectly fine. Anjali overhears the conversation and reacts to Bhavani’s deception. As the celebrations continue, Abhir gets everyone to dance, enjoying his engagement day. Bhavani embraces Amruta, but Amruta, now aware of the truth, resolves to put an end to this pretense.
