The Episode starts with Amruta recalling Bhavani’s blackmail—she refuses to take medicine unless Amruta agrees to marry Abhir. Amruta wishes she could prove to Bhavani that Ranvir is actually her Virat. Manvi wishes Ranvir a happy anniversary, reminding him that three years have passed. Ranvir acknowledges it and makes a comment before leaving. Manvi notices Virat leaving and assumes he is thinking about Amruta but won’t be able to meet her. She declares to herself that she will propose to him publicly at the party, leaving him no choice but to accept.
Amruta has a dream where Virat comes to comfort her. When she wakes up, she is shocked to find Virat actually there. She lashes out at him, accusing him of constantly appearing before her and disturbing her peace. Virat, taken aback, asks what she is doing. Realizing her mistake, Amruta apologizes, explaining that she mistook him for Abhir. Virat, in turn, admits he wanted to beat Abhir up for his behavior. Amruta tells Virat about Bhavani’s emotional manipulation, and he offers to talk to her, but Amruta refuses, saying Bhavani hates him. Virat acknowledges her struggles but tells her this is her personal battle to fight and leaves.
Harsha encounters Virat and is startled by his striking resemblance to the Virat she once knew. She quickly apologizes and walks away. Amruta then meets Bhavani, who again insists that she marry Abhir. Amruta refuses, but Dr. Solanki warns that Bhavani’s stubbornness could worsen her condition. Abhir pleads with Bhavani to take care of herself, saying he would never forgive himself if anything happened to her. Bhavani melodramatically declares that after her death, Abhir should take care of Amruta. Abhir, swayed by emotions, agrees. Amruta questions Bhavani’s tactics, but she continues to manipulate the situation. Harsha arrives, sees Bhavani’s deteriorating health, and blames both Amruta and Virat for her condition before storming out.
Aisha calls Harsha to check if their plan has been executed. Harsha informs her that Bhavani fell ill, preventing him from proceeding. Aisha asks what he plans to do next. Harsha reveals his scheme—he will wait until Bhavani recovers, then take her signature to secure a loan against the house. Once the house is mortgaged, he will coerce Bhavani into transferring the flat to his name in exchange for clearing the debt. He hopes to prove to Aisha’s father that he is marrying Aisha for love, not money. Aisha approves of his plan.
Virat stares at photos of himself and Amruta, realizing how deeply she loves Virat. He concludes that if Amruta agrees to marry Abhir, it will only be due to coercion. Abhir tries to convince Amruta of his sincerity, claiming he does not wish to replace Virat but only wants the best for her. Dildar also urges Amruta to agree. Overwhelmed by the pressure, Amruta finally agrees to the marriage.
Abhir later praises Bhavani for her outstanding acting and thanks Dr. Solanki for his assistance. After the doctor leaves, Bhavani confidently states that she knew Amruta would agree, but warns Abhir that if Amruta ever learns the truth, she will be furious. Abhir assures her that Amruta will never find out.
The Ahuja family starts preparing for Amruta and Abhir’s engagement ceremony. During the celebration, Abhir and Amruta perform a dance together. Lost in her emotions, Amruta imagines dancing with Virat instead. When she snaps back to reality and realizes she is dancing with Abhir, she becomes visibly upset.
