The Episode starts with Simran thinking how to expose Didi infront of Rajveer. Simran hears Daddu shouting. She runs to him and sees Daddu having a heart attack. Daddu asks for water. Simrran says you should not have water and throws the water. She gets worried and pumps his heart. She checks his medicines and makes him eat the tablets. She calls everyone out. Everyone come running and see Daddu. Tau ji and everyone are shocked. Simran says we have to take him to the hospital. Rajveer calls the hospital and asks them to send the ambulance. Himmat sees them. Tau ji panics. Rajveer says I will take him. Tau ji scolds Rajveer. They take Daddu to hospital.
The doctor stops everyone outside and takes Daddu in ICU. The doctor comes out and says he had the heart attack. Tau ji and Hoshiyar are shocked. The doctor says he is fine now, and will recover in some hours. Tau ji thanks the doctor. The doctor says thank the one who saved him, as this was the major attack. Tau ji asks who. Tau ji says our bahu saw him and she does not know anything, she did not even give him water. The doctor says your bahu has saved him, we should not give him water or anything. She did not give him water, and Daddu is saved because of her. Hoshiyar is happy. The doctor says its magical that she is smart. Hoshiyar says its Simran’s magic, her education saved Daddu. Tau ji says its good that Daddu is safe, can we meet him. The doctor says you can’t meet, he says call your bahu, I want to know what she did to save Daddu from the attack. Tau ji is shocked.
Hoshiyar says we can’t meet Daddu, you go home and send Rajveer. Tau ji says I have not forgiven him for his lie, I don’t want to give him any responsibility. Hoshiyar says forgive him, he is educated, we may need him here at the hospital. He says even Simran can come here and meet the doctor. Hoshiyar says ok, let them be at home, the doctor will find out everything. Tau ji agrees and says ok I will send Rajveer and Simran here. Tau ji leaves. Hoshiyar says even I know you can’t stay without talking to Rajveer.
Rajveer and Simran are tensed in the room. Simran is thinking about Didi’s chant. She thinks about Daddu’s heart attack and thinks is Didi responsible to Daddu’s condition. Simran says how can I believe in this being educated. She thinks there is something fishy. She says this is a coincidence. Rajveer looks at her. Simran tells Rajveer that she wants to say something, he asks what. She says Didi is not wanting the good for this house. She tells him what she heard outside Didi’s room. Rajveer does not believe her. Simran says I heard her, believe me. Rajveer says why will she think like this. Simran says I care for this family, please believe me. Rajveer says if you really care, go to Dadi and calm her down. He gets angry and leaves.
Simran says Didi could not know about my truth, but I came to know about Didi’s truth and I will find out everything and Rajveer has to believe me. Himmat is dreaming about his wife and talking while sleeping. Didi beats him and wakes him up. He says why did you wake me up, I was dreaming such a good dream. Didi says your luck is favoring me, Daddu is ill, don’t you know. Himmat says where is the chance in it. Didi scolds him and says get up and go to the hospital, serve your Daddu to get respect in Tau ji’s eyes. Himmat smiles and says Rajveer is here, so I can win Tau ji’s eyes. Himmat agrees.
Tai ji calms down Dadi. Dadi is crying thinking about Daddu. Didi sees Himmat and signs him to go. Himmat comes to Dadi and calms her down. He speaks sweetly to her. He tries to win her heart. Didi smiles. Himmat hugs Dadi and says Daddu will come back soon. Tau ji comes home and asks Himmat what he is doing. Dadi takes Himmat’s side. Didi asks how is Daddu. Tau ji says he is out of danger but we can’t meet him. Dadi smiles. Tau ji says the doctor said Simran saved Daddu’s life.
Chanchal says Simran was with Daddu at that time, she was tensed and called us, what did she do. Tau ji says yes, I told this to doctor, but he did not believe me. Tau ji says its good that you did not give him water, else he would have suffered a lot. Simran thanks Lord as no one doubted on her. Himmat asks Tau ji shall I go to the hospital for taking care of Daddu. Tau ji says no, do your work. He says send Rajveer in my room. Tau ji leaves. Didi asks Simran waht did she do with Daddu, if she can tell everyone in detail. Simran is tensed.
