Chapter 14
The Bhai – Behen Pyar !!
As Naira came out and saw her Bhai standing at the doorstep, she couldn’t wipe off her smile. She just stared at him as he met all the family members and greeted them. He hugged dad and Naira could sense the longing that both of them had been feeling.
Naira wanted to hug her Bhai tightly but she was too stumped and was rooted to the spot. Meanwhile Bhabimaa and Devyani hugged Naksh and started sobbing. His eyes became wet too seeing his family.
“You have became so thin Lalla. But don’t worry you will gain weight quickly. I will make all your favourite dishes and feed you myself.” Bhabimaa said sliding her hand over his head.
Everyone smiled at the raw display of emotions put forth by every member of the family. While Naksh’s eyes searched for someone. His eyes wavered around the whole house and finally found the person he was looking for standing at the doorstep of the kitchen.
He walked towards Naira with a huge smile on his face. His smile soon faded out and a frown replaced it as he walked closer to her and saw the sindoor and mangalsutra that she was wearing. He was shocked to know that his little sister had married.
He finally reached her and engulfed her in a huge hug. They stood like that for a few minutes. Naksh tried to back out but Naira didn’t leave the hug. He finally pulled back and held her by her shoulders.
“You are married ?!!” He asked. Naira just nodded her head.
“Who is that unlucky person ?!!” Naksh asked teasingly, while naira just stared at Karthik who was staring back at her.
Naksh and Keerti followed her gaze and became numb for a minute but later they felt happy as their siblings got married to each other. They knew that both of them were the best person in the world. Naksh hugged Naira again tighty and kissed her forehead.
After all the family had met each other and Keerti was introduced to the Singhanias, everyone blessed her and the baby and dispersed from the hall.
Bhabimaa and Devyani went to cook something for Naksh and Keerti. Naitik walked towards his room, over whelmed by all the incidents and Akshara followed him, knowing that he would need her.
“Wont you come home ?!!” Karthik asked Keerti as everyone left.
“Not now Karthik. Dad has still not forgiven me. I do miss all of you but I don’t want to hurt him more. I will come after a few days.” She said keeping a hand on his shoulder.
“But do call Shantanu bhai. He has been dying to meet or talk to you. He has missed you a lot. So do call him and Vrushika Bhabhi.” He said.
She just nodded her head. Her eyes started to droop with all the tiredness from the travelling. Naksh observed it and suggested to take her to his room so that she can rest. Karthik and Naira also left for the Goenka mansion after promising that they would meet each other soon.

Naksh and Keerti entered his room and he became emotional seeing it. Everything was just like he had left it. Nothing was changed. His memories knocked the door of his heart and he sat on the bed with a thud.
Keerti understood the inner turmoil that was going on inside his mind and sat beside him on the bed. He hugged her while Keerti started rubbing his back when she felt him shivering.
“Naksh, are you alright ?!!” She asked but soon realised that it is a stupid question to be asked.
“Yeah. Just became emotional with all that has happened today. Cant believe they have forgiven me after all the pain that I have given them.” He said while Keerti nodded her head and smiled at his words.
“No one can be angry with you for much time. Everything will be fine soon. Our baby has brought all the good luck in our life.” She said. Hearing the word ‘Baby’ Naksh broke his hug and cupped her face.
“Did you take your tablets ?!!” He asked. Keerti pouted her lips and shaked her head which angered him.
“You will never change. Will you ?!!” He asked her.
“Sorry.” She said cutely and he melted. He got up and took out the medicine box from their bags and gave her the dose that was prescribed for her.
Keerti smiled and took the tablets and glass of water from his hand and gulped them down.
As she laid down on the bed to rest for some time, her mind went back to Karthik and Naira. She had many questions running in her mind regarding their marriage. She thought to get her answers once she meets them. She also reminded herself to call Shantanu Bhai.

As Karthik drove towards Goenka Mansion he looked sideways at Naira who was lost in thoughts. He could understand what she was going through cause even he was shocked and surprised with what had happened today.
Keerti had married Naira’s Brother. He had met Naksh when he and Keerti were dating before getting married but he didn’t know the fact that he was Naksh Singhania.
He thought about something that would cheer her mood and bring her out of this quite state.
“Do you want to have coffee ?!!” He asked her.
Naira looked at him and nodded her head. Karthik smiled in return. He drove them to one of his favourite café and both of them got out of the car.
They got inside the café and found a table to sit down. Karthik pulled out a chair for her and she smiled at his gentleman behavior. Once seated they went through the menu deciding what to order.
When the waiter arrived at their table. “One Irish Coffee.” Both of them said together and looked at each other with surprise in their eyes. The waiter smiled at the cute couple in front of him and walked away to fetch their order.
“So that’s one thing we have in common.” He said smilingly.
“I am sure we have a lot in common. Only if we talk more to each other, will we come to know of the other things.” She said.
“Ohh, I would really love to talk to you more than.” He said with a smug smile.
While Naira blushed at his flirting tone.

The coffee date will be continued in the next Chapter. Some light moments and then Keerti will be meeting the Goenka’s.

Yeah, I will be writing my last paper on my birthday. Sometimes luck just messes with you !! But I promise after that will surely post more longer updates.
