Kartik is sitting with Naira while memories are flashing like a film roll. Just then his hand which was holding hers feels and movement and he comes to senses. Kartik sees Naira slowly regaining consciousness

Naira: Kartik humari bachi? How is she ? Is she alright? Is surgery over? Why are we here?

Kartik: Naira…naira..bas…bas relax..surgery is still going on..and the reason for us being here is you fell unconscious

Naira: So what anyone could have been here na..you should have been with Kaira

Kartik: Surgery is going on. I cant stay there getting tensed for both of you atleast If I am here , being with you will remove one tension na. By the way the reason for your fainting is weakness. You are a feeding mother Naira..you should be taking rest na

Naira: How can I ? Yes I am a feeding mom but Im the mom of a daughter who is suffering too. How can I rest when my bachi is under pain

Kartik hugs her as she breaks into tears.
Jus then the door is knocked and Naksh walks in

Naksh: Thank God Naira you got consciousness. Everyone was so worried.

Naira: Bhai Surgery?

Naksh: Not yet over . But nurses where speaking that it will be over anytime soon

Naira gets up in a rush to leave and slips. Kartik holds her

Kartik: Aaram se

Naira: I need to go at once

Kartik lifts her in his arms and takes her to the theatre.

As they reach Doctors come out. Kartik runs to him

Kartik: Doctor…

Doctor: Mr.Goenka the Surgery was a success

On hearing the words everyone leave a sigh of relief and happiness . Even Kairav smiles as if he understood what happened

Kartik: Thank you so much doctor

Doctor: Its just my duty Mr.Goenka

Kartik: Can we see her?

Doctor: Parents can visit. Others please wait ..as we cannot allow any chance of infection. You both wear theatre clothes and enter

Kartik: Sure

Kartik and Naira rush inside. Kaira is there lying in the bed with ventilator put to support her immediately after surgery

Naira breaks down in happiness as she sees her daughter healthy again. Kartik holds Naira closer and admires his choti sherni

Naira: Kartik..humari beti finally

Kartik: I knew it already. After all she is my choti sherni. She is a fighter like her mother

They have a happy moment as they admire their daughter and cherish the moments of happiness after a very big sorrow.

2 days later

Kaira is recovering well after her surgery.  Naira  and Kartik are with Kaira. They admire her peaceful face as she sleeps in each other’s embrace

Kartik: How sweet my daughter is!

Naira: Exactly like her dad.

Suddenly Swarna enters. In that sound Kaira wakes up

Swarna: Naira Kairav is crying. I think its time to feed him

Naira: Haan maa

She gets up from there and goes to a crying Kairav and gets him in his arms. Kaira starts to cry.
Kartik tries to pacify her. Just then

Kartik: Kaira beta…bacha…

Kaira: Muma..

Naira is surprised to hear muma from her. As soon as she says muma Kairav too calms down. Kartik and Naira are surprised at it.

Naira rushes to Kaira giving Kairav to swarna. She lifts her in her arms and showers kisses. Kartik too joins them. Swarna is happy to see Kaira , Kairav Kartik and Naira happy.
