Kartik reaches the city hospital and runs to the reception

Kartik : Hello madam Im Kartik Goenka. A year ago our baby girl was born here

Receptionist : Haan sir ek minute

She browses her computer and finds it

Receptionist: Yes sir how may I help you?

Kartik: I would like to meet the nurse incharge at that time

Receptionist: Sir Nurse Leela had attended your case but she has resigned from here

Kartik is disappointed

Swarna and Surekha are busy in the kitchen when Vedika comes there

Swarna ignores her and continues the work

Luv and Kush rush in from school

Kush: Naira bhabhi

Dadi: Kittu you are worse than a kid

Surekha: Just now we convinced Luv and Kush regarding Naira. Now you started. What do you want?

Kartik: Woh..I want a chai. Im having a bad headache.
Vedika: I will make one for you then your …

Kartik: Maa where is Naira?

Swarna: She is sleeping.
Kartik: Okay then I will

Dadi: I will beat you if you wake her up

Kartik: No dadi then I will have chai later is what I told. Ill go and see to her and Kairav

Swarna: Your headache? I will bring you tea. But you please don’t disturb her

Kartik nods and goes up

Vedika: Maa I will  make

Swarna: No need. My son will have what I make. Outsiders have no work here. If not for Naira..

Surekha: Didi you make the tea if it gets late Kartik will wake Naira up

Swarna nods and continues her work

Kartik reaches the bed room and goes to the cradle. He sees an asleep Kairav and blows him a flying kiss and then settles near Naira. Though in deep sleep Naira had realised his presence turns towards him like a sunflower turning towards the Sun.Their faces are now close to each other. Kartik gently pushes the hair which falls on her face and gives her a peck on her cheek.
Kartik: Naira I will find our daughter soon. She is not dead as we thought. I dont want to share this with you now as you will start to have over expectations and you will start to feel bad that how our daughter is suffering now. But dont worry woh meri choti sherni hai. Like her mom she is also fighting her  battle now. Meri bachi dont worry papa will get you back soon….

He hears a knock and is about to jump thats when he realises Naira’s hand over his chest. Swarna too notices it

Swarna: Kartik here is your chai. And aaram se dont wake her up. If you disturb my daughter

Kartik: Teek hai teek hai

Swarna walks away and admires Kaira.
Swarna: Thu thu thu… may my kids be happy always.
Vedika watches this from a distance. Swarna notices her and walks to her

Swarna: Vedika I very well know what you are thinking but remember one thing anyone who is trying to separate Kartik and Naira will have to accept defeat. I say this from  my experience.

Goenka house 9 pm

Kartik is anxiously looking at his mobile when Naira walks in

Naira: Whats up Kartik? You have been checking your phone all the while

Kartik: Nothing just office related work.

Naira:  Acha..

She sits near him and carcasses his face in a romantic way

Kartik: What are you doing Naira?

Naira: Kya? Im loving my husband

Kartik: Besharam..sabr karna seeko balike

Naira: Acha ok then

She gets up to leave when he pulls her over the bed. He then slowly gets over her and kisses her .Naira removes his shirt and runs away

Kartik;  Naira…

She wears his shirt

Kartik: Its my shirt

Naira: When you are mine Your shirt is mine too. If you want it get it from me

Kartik chases her and thus pulls her into his embrace. The hug gets tighter as their breathing becomes normal. No one had anything to say. Just a serene hug and their love.

Sometime later Kartik’s mobile buzzes. He breaks the hug and runs to his phone

The message displays Leela’s number and address. Kartik gets happy when Naira is into Kairav who started to cry at the same time.
