“Jab We Met”

Ishwari: Delhi pahunchte hi phone karma dev….(call me when you will reach delhi)
Dev is sitting in his car talking to his mom over phone….
Dev: hain maa ! (yes mom !!)
Ishwari: Mama kah rhe the ki tu…(mama was saying that you should)
Dev interrupts maa ! mein humare delhi wale ghar mein hi rehunga….tu kahegi toh mama –mami se mil zarur aaunga…(mom ! I will stay in our delhi house only..if you insit I will go and meet them)
Ishwari: thik hai ! dhayan rakhna apna…(ohk ! take care of yourself)

Dr. Dev Dixit, mumbai-based cardiologist runs his own Ishwari chain of hospitals, is called to LIFE LINE , delhi based hospital for 2 months as his special visit….
How this professional visit turned to become his most memorable personal visit is all what story revolves around…..

Dr. Dev Dixit is on his way… when he comes to see a lady distributing Tiffin to beggars at traffic signal…He was mesmerized by her … and loves the gesture…but couldn’t see her face. He comes out of the car even when his driver ask him not to…. just to avoid the chaos….But he still do so….as he was following his heart…

He comes near the lady…And she… without noticing who he is…. gives one tiffin to him too…and leaves without showing her face…but while walking her bracelet falls down…
Dev was all stuck at the stupidity of the girl….who gave Dr. Dev Dixit tiffin considering him a beggar…Oooo
He moves to pick her bracelet…But she left….

Dev takes the tiffin and the bracelet and sits down in the car… To move for LIFE LINE !

Satakshi, is a neurologist and Sonakshi’s very good friend !
Satakshi: Teri samaj seva ho gyi ho toh hum hospital chale…yah phir aaj bhi late hona hai(if your social service is done shell we leave to hospital…or you want us to get late even today)
Sonakshi : ….I am done !
Satakshi and Sonakshi leave for LIFE LINE !

Dr. Sinha and hospital staff with flowers and garlands are standing at the gate of LIFE LINE Hospital to welcome Dr. Dev Dixit ….
Dr. Sinha: Welcome !…its our pleasure to have you here sir !!!
Dr. Dev Dixit: Shall we go in…
This man is too professional…

Sonakshi reaches the hospital and sees the arrangement…
Sonakshi: humare welcome mein bheed lagi hai…(in our welcome people are gathered)
Satakshi: ji nhi…hum toh ghar ki murgi dal barabar ho gye hain….yeh toh uss mumbai wale ke liye hai…(not for us…we are like home’s chicken that seems to dal…this is for that mumbai guy)
Sonakshi: mumbai wala? (mumbai guy ?)
Satakshi: new cardiologist…

Dr. Dev Dixit leaves for his cabin….

Dr. Sinha: so, finally you are here….
Satakshi and Sonakshi: sorry sir !
Dr. Sinha: New Doctor has reached his cabin…go and check if he need something !
Satakshi and Sonakshi: Ae Ae Captain !… we mean Sir !
Dr. Sinha laughs and leaves from there…

Dev reaches his cabin….
He places his mother’s picture at the table and then when he starts taking out his files from the bag…he looks at the tiffin and the bracelet…he takes out tiffin on the table and keeps the bracelet in his White coat !
Dev leaves for the routine call…
Sonakshi and Satakshi reaches his cabin but he wasn’t there…they start leaving when Satakshi sees the tiffin…
Satakshi: Sona, tera tiffin…(sona, this you tiffin)
Sonakshi checks the tiffin and confirms that it was her only…
Sonakshi: Toh yeh doctor…part time beggar banta hai…(so this doctor…becomes beggar as part time job)
Satakshi: Shutt up !
Soankshi: Arrey!Its possible!
Sonakshi and Satakshi leaves the cabin…while arguing over the tiffin but they didn’t take it along with them….

Dr. Sinha tells Dev about a serious heart patient- Srishti who have whole in her heart….Dev leaves to check her…Sonakshi is her nutirionist…the lady went for washroom and Sonakshi was tired…so she sits on her bed…When Dev comes and looks at her…he feels very sympathetic…and was actually fallen for her
Dev: Hi..
Sonakshi looks at him…and it was like love at first sight for both of them….Sonakshi considers him…actually she didn’t thought who the hell he is …just lost in his eyes….and as you know dev consider her that patient…
Sonakshi lost…
Dev: Are you ok ?
Sonakshi: perfect !
Dev(in his mind): such beautiful person… even at the verge of death she feels perfect….thats spirit of living…
Satakshi reaches and identifies Dev as the new Doctor..
Satakshi: Gud morning Sir !
Sonakshi(in his mind): sir???? Who is he???
Dev: Morning…and you are?
Satakshi: I am neurologist…Satakshi Patel !
Dev: pleasure meeting you doctor…
Dev(points to Sonakshi): How are you…?
Sonakshi: Beautiful….much more than ever…
Dev smiles… as he salutes her spirit of living…
Satakshi goes nearer to Sonakshi wen dev was checking that lady’s report….
Satakshi: array dobi !(Arrey ! dumb)…aaa kaiyan kare che(what are you doing)…New cardiologist (point towards Dev)
Sonakshi in shock…..awww !
Sonakshi: Dabba chor ! (Thief of tiffin)
Dev: aapne kuch kaha…(did you say something)
Sonakshi nods in no…
Satakshi: I think he thought you to be Srishti….your patient
Sonakshi: what should I do now…..
Satakshi: keep it going….

Screen freezes at Dev and Sonakshi’s faces
