The Episode starts with Katha picking up a photo from the ground, but it’s covered in mud, so she wonders whose photo it is. The next day, the Jindal family prepares for UV’s haldi ceremony. Rukmini asks Ambika to perform the ritual, but Ambika refuses, so Rukmini asks her to do it instead. Chandrika taunts UV’s mother for leaving years ago. Rukmini pleads with her not to say such things, fearing UV might cancel his wedding. She then asks Shikha to bring UV downstairs. UV’s cousins, friends, and uncle bring him down. They ask him to remove his kurta for the haldi ritual, but UV vents his frustration at the situation. Shikha asks Rukmini what to do with the cow dung. UV and his cousins make faces. UV thinks to himself that he will stay away from both cow dung and “cow dung
Meanwhile, Naina and Vandana visit Katha’s room. They see her emotional while looking at her mother’s wedding lehenga and photo and silently leave. Katha talks to her mother’s photo about her future after marriage.
At UV’s house, Eshwar asks Rukmini to begin the haldi ceremony quickly. Chandrika agrees. Rukmini persuades UV to sit for the ritual. UV gets upset. Charu explains the importance of haldi and says they must send some to the bride’s family. UV then gets an idea to sabotage the ceremony. Suddenly excited, he insists everyone start applying haldi on him. His family is confused by his sudden change, and Shlok questions him, but UV questions him back. UV then insists Chandrika begin. She applies haldi on him, followed by other family members.
UV thinks to himself that even if he fails today, he will stop this wedding at any cost. Chandrika overhears him and rebukes him. After the ceremony, UV calls his cousins and friends for a “code red” meeting. He shares his plan to stop the wedding and decides to take help from his detective. Shlok overhears their conversation and remembers he was once part of their Manmoji gang, so he understands UV’s plans and decides to ruin them.
Later, UV instructs his detective to ensure the haldi doesn’t reach the bride’s house. The detective agrees, calling it his life’s mission. Shlok fails to hear them fully but understands UV is planning to stop his wedding and decides to inform Eshwar.
Meanwhile, Katha comes out for her haldi ceremony. She takes Mohan’s blessings. Vandana blesses her, wishing her a bright future, and gets emotional.
Precap: UV spills haldi on Katha, and she scolds him. UV mocks her upon learning about her marriage. Later, at the exam hall, due to Tammy’s conspiracy, the principal cancels Katha’s exam. Katha thinks UV is behind this and vows never to forgive him.
