The Episode starts with a cheerful girl walking into her garden to water the plants. She smiles at a butterfly fluttering nearby and introduces herself as Katha Kumari Rathi. She shares that she has been living with her uncle since childhood and lovingly introduces each of her plants by name, calling them her family. A botany student, Katha declares she doesn’t like men and wants to support her uncle after completing her studies.
Suddenly, her uncle starts playing an old song, and Katha joyfully dances with him and her aunt. She soon rushes to collect cow dung from the milkman, confusing her uncle. She explains it’s essential for plant delivery, but her aunt scolds her—mentioning that people at college call her Gobar Devi. Her uncle teases her about marriage, but
Meanwhile, at college, a girl asks Chef UV about the link between food and music. He gives a passionate explanation and presents a dish. Tammy then shows up and informs UV that Gobar Devi denied their entry to the fresher’s party. Intrigued, UV wants to meet her.
At home, Katha scolds her uncle about his diet, but he and her aunt try to trick her and fail. Her aunt reminds her about the college event, and Katha heads out, carrying a plant. Her uncle and aunt praise her as she leaves.
When Katha learns the train to her college is stuck, she takes a bus instead. She argues with the conductor and passengers who ask her to leave her plant behind, and ultimately, she climbs onto the rooftop with it. She updates her friend, who tells her UV and his gang are upset over the party ban.
At college, UV spots Katha and momentarily reconsiders their opinion of her. But as she walks by, the smell around her hits him, and his friends joke that this is why she’s called Gobar Devi. During the fresher’s event, Katha’s speech bores the crowd, so UV crashes the stage, singing and dancing. He pulls Katha into the dance and drops her on the floor. Furious, Katha scolds UV for disrupting the event. UV and his friends struggle to understand her old-fashioned vocabulary. Her friends quickly whisk her away. Just then, a man arrives and drags UV out.
At the Jindal house, preparations for a puja are in full swing. Pari shoots a vlog, introducing her family. Eshwar Chandra Jindal asks Rukhmani about UV and mentions a responsibility he gave him. A worker brings UV home. UV admits he didn’t bring the plant and doesn’t believe in the puja either. Eshwar and Harshvardan scold him. UV, hurt, decides to leave for his café. Eshwar worries about the influence UV has on his siblings and laments not having the plant for the puja.
Just then, Mohan brings Katha to the Jindal home. Katha and UV accidentally bump into each other, and cow dung spills on UV. The family is delighted to see Katha with the exact plant they need. Mohan introduces her to Eshwar. Katha touches Eshwar and Rukhmani’s feet and, with their blessing, places the plant in the puja area. Eshwar is impressed and, seeing her contrast with UV, wonders if it’s a sign from God for their union.
