The Episode starts with Naina panicking after Tejas’s threat. Katha calms her down, assuring nothing will happen. She decides to take Naina to her friend’s house for safety. Meanwhile, Shlok asks UV to rest, but he refuses, saying his headache is unbearable. Tammy brings tea for him, but UV loses his temper, leaving Tammy upset. Moments later, they hear a phone ringing. Tammy picks up Katha’s phone and tells UV that she must have forgotten it when she stepped out. UV answers the call, only to hear Gayatri asking about Katha.
Before he can cut the call, Gayatri addresses him as Maharaj Ji and praises Katha’s efforts behind his café project. Shocked, UV confirms this with her. Gayatri appreciates Katha, saying he is lucky to have such a wife. After the call, Tammy tries to slip away, but UV stops her and questions her for taking credit for Katha’s work. Though Tammy tries to twist the truth, UV expresses disappointment. Shlok defends Katha, saying she is selfless, which is why she never exposed Tammy.
Elsewhere, Tejas orders his men to track Katha and Naina. As they walk down the road, his men spot them and attempt to run them over. Though they narrowly escape, one of the men grabs Naina, forcing Katha to fight back desperately.
Meanwhile, Pari meets Tejas and is stunned when he admits he was only using her to separate UV and Katha. Remembering Katha’s warning, Pari feels betrayed and confronts him fiercely. Determined to reveal the truth to UV, she storms off despite Tejas’s threats.
After a tough struggle, Katha manages to fight off Tejas’s men and rescue Naina. At the same time, UV receives a call from Pari, who tries to reveal everything but the call drops. Worried, UV rushes out with Pratty to find her. Tejas, meanwhile, corners Pari and attacks her. She fights back and tries to run, but stumbles onto the road as a speeding truck approaches.
Just in time, Katha arrives, sees Pari in danger, and pushes her aside. But in the process, Katha gets hit by the truck. Both Naina and Pari scream her name in horror. Locals gather while Tejas hides himself.
UV and Pratty reach the spot. Pari breaks down and admits all her lies, finally confessing that Katha is innocent. She reveals that Katha was injured while saving her from Tejas. Stunned, UV vows to find her and rushes into the forest, calling out Katha’s name. The locals warn of the difficulties and slim chances of survival, leaving UV shaken but determined.
Precap: UV finds Katha injured and rushes her to the hospital. The doctor informs him that she might slip into a coma. Later, UV is stunned to see Katha missing from her hospital bed.
