The Episode starts with Gayatri blessing UV over a phone call. The moment he hears her voice, UV falls silent, his eyes welling up with emotions he can’t explain. Gayatri gently tells him that even if she hasn’t seen him, she feels a strong connection with him. UV’s heart softens. He thanks her and asks for her name, but just then, the call gets disconnected. Katha steps in and tells him her name is Gayatri. She also adds that she calls her Maa Ji because from the very beginning, she too felt a bond with her. UV asks Katha to convey his gratitude to Gayatri, and she agrees.
As Katha prepares to leave, her leg gets caught, and UV instinctively rushes to help. They share a light, almost playful moment, completely unaware that Pratty and Omi are watching them from afar. Pratty whispers to Omi that they must keep this scene hidden from Katha, otherwise this blooming friendship between her and UV will get ruined. Omi nods in agreement. At the same time, Ambika also notices UV and Katha together and begins plotting. She decides to use Pari’s choices against Katha and aims to target UV, Pari, and Shikha.
Later, UV celebrates his success with the family. From a distance, Katha and Naina watch. Naina asks why Katha didn’t tell UV that she was the real mind behind the investor pitch, while Tamanna took the credit. Katha replies that she will inform UV at the right time. Naina teases her but also folds her hands in prayer, wishing for Katha and UV to accept their feelings for each other. Katha, however, reminds Naina of UV’s public statement to the media and sadly says her wish will never come true—there’s no place for her in UV’s life. What matters most to her is repaying UV’s debt and protecting her self-respect.
Meanwhile, Pari stands alone, lost in thought. Katha walks up to her with a plate of laddoos and insists she eat one. Pari, however, takes it as a taunt. Katha clarifies softly that she had no such intention. Finally, Pari opens up and pours her heart out—how it hurts that only the men in their family get to celebrate victories, while the women are always sidelined. Katha comforts her and shares that she still hopes Eshwar and UV will mend their broken bond. But Pari bluntly says that can never happen. Just then, Ambika arrives, notices them whispering, and loudly demands to know what secret they are sharing. Pari covers up by saying it’s nothing.
Elsewhere, Shlok excitedly offers sweets to Eshwar to celebrate UV’s deal. But instead of joy, Eshwar pushes the sweet back and begins lashing out at UV. He speaks bitterly against UV’s mother and warns him that one day, he’ll regret bringing her back. UV, however, stands firm and vows to prove Eshwar wrong by reuniting with his mother. Eshwar insults him further before walking away. Rukmini, moved by UV’s pain, comforts him, saying his mother must be proud of him. She tries feeding him sweets, but he refuses and storms off. Katha silently feels for him, while Ambika smirks at the growing cracks.
Later, Jay pays Katha for completing an order. During a phone call, he slyly refers to UV as Sharma and indirectly tells him that his work is done. Katha beams with happiness—finally, she can repay UV’s debt. She tells Naina with pride that now no one can insult Mohan anymore. At the café, Jay even praises Katha to UV, assuring him that she will never misuse his trust. Pratty and Omi take this chance to tease UV about Katha, but UV brushes it off, saying respect and love are two different things—they shouldn’t mix them. Still, he instructs them to keep Katha’s order a secret, and they nod.
Soon after, Katha arrives and hands UV the money she owed him. UV is stunned. Eshwar praises her honesty, while Tammy fumes in frustration. UV, however, can’t take his eyes off Katha.

UV falls into Ambika’s trap and ends up accusing Katha of using Pari to protect Naina. Furious at his words, Katha leaves the house with Naina. Later, Pari tells UV that Katha is innocent. Meanwhile, tragedy strikes—Katha meets with an accident. UV gets a shocking phone call about it and freezes in disbelief.
