The Episode starts with Katha informing UV that while she helped him get released, she won’t allow his café to reopen on college grounds. UV gets furious and warns her to shut up. She stays firm, saying the café poses a problem because it’s within the campus. UV mocks his cousins and tries to argue, but the inspector intervenes. His friends apologize and convince him to leave. UV threatens Katha before walking off, leaving her stunned.
At home, UV’s cousins arrive with him, but Eshwar blocks his entry. Rukhmani questions the act. A servant hands Eshwar an aarti plate; he performs UV’s aarti while indirectly mocking his mother. Rukhmani scolds Eshwar. UV reminds him of his promise and enters the house. The cousins tell Rukhmani about UV’s time in jail and his café being shut down. She breaks down while Eshwar, hiding his emotions, criticizes UV’s reckless attitude.
Meanwhile, Mohan grows anxious waiting for Katha. When she returns, she lies to him. Though he senses it, she convinces him to trust her and heads inside.
Mangla shows up at Mohan’s house with others, furious about the college incident. She humiliates Katha, accusing her of bringing shame. Katha stays silent. Naina defends her, asking why Mangla never praised Katha when she topped her classes. Mangla snaps at Naina, calling both sisters troublemakers. Vandana warns her, but Mangla leaves after taunting them.
Mohan and Vandana then question Katha, but Naina steps in, vouching for her sister’s innocence. She urges them not to force Katha to talk, reminding them that Katha only shares her heart with her diary.
At the Jindal house, UV’s cousins try baking a cake for him, messing up the kitchen. Rukhmani joins in while Ambika quietly slips out. UV asks Mr. Agarwal to set up a meeting with the college board. Later, he gets emotional when his detective informs him that his mother, Sheetal, is living in an old age home. He wants to visit immediately, but the detective asks him to wait. UV agrees, hopeful for a reunion.
Precap: Rukhmani suggests finding a bride for UV. Eshwar says no family will agree. At the temple, both are impressed with Katha. UV later declares he will marry only the girl his mother chooses.
