The Episode starts with UV asking Katha to enter the house. As she struggles to walk, UV lifts her in his arms. Katha asks him to put her down, but UV refuses until he brings her inside safely. He then prepares a cabbage paste to apply on her blistered leg, all the while venting his frustration about the situation, calling it his destiny. When he tries to apply the paste, Katha stops him from touching her feet, determined not to let him see her face before their ritual. UV says he has no interest in touching her feet or seeing her face. He applies the paste while Katha secretly looks at him.
At the Jindal house, Tammy fumes upon learning that UV took Katha to his café. She blames Katha for manipulating UV and worries that her conspiracy will be exposed. She bribes Jhumki
Meanwhile, Eshwar and the family gather in the living area. Eshwar notices that both UV and Katha are missing and blames UV for it. He also scolds UV’s cousins, thinking they caused Katha’s injury. Rukmini defends them, saying he shouldn’t accuse anyone without knowing the truth. Chandrika expresses her anger at UV and Katha’s absence. Ambika grows worried that the two might get closer and demands answers from UV’s cousins. They lie to her. Charu shares her concerns with Shlok about Chandrika finding out their involvement in UV and Katha’s disappearance. But Shlok believes their actions helped bring UV and Katha closer, so he is ready to face the consequences.
Eshwar decides to contact the commissioner for help in finding Katha, but Rukmini advises him to wait. Just then, UV enters, carrying Katha in his arms. Eshwar immediately rebukes UV for harming his granddaughter-in-law. Chandrika also scolds both UV and Katha for not following rituals, but Kailash defends them. UV remarks that he knew he would be blamed despite helping Katha. Eshwar asks UV and Katha to meet him in his room and leaves.
UV doesn’t want to meet Eshwar, but Harshvardan demands an explanation about where he took Katha. UV refuses to answer, leaving Katha shocked at his rudeness. Rukmini convinces UV to meet Eshwar, so UV asks Katha to follow him and goes.
In Eshwar’s room, Eshwar accuses UV of trying to throw Katha out of the house and demands a written assurance that he won’t divorce or oust her. UV gets angry, saying Eshwar isn’t willing to hear him out. He declares that Katha will leave on her own. Katha watches their heated exchange and questions their strained relationship.
Eshwar challenges UV, saying Katha will bring him onto the right path. UV mocks him, claiming it’s impossible, and vows to expand his mother’s café worldwide without taking over the family business before walking out. Eshwar feels upset and defeated. Katha consoles him, and Eshwar requests her not to leave the house and to help change UV. Katha promises to fulfil her responsibilities and never leave, leaving Eshwar relieved and happy.
