The Episode starts with Tejas confronting Katha about her relationship with UV. His harsh words shock Katha, as he openly criticizes her bond with UV, calling it meaningless. He even demands to know UV’s whereabouts. Katha strongly warns him not to involve UV, defending him by saying that UV is a good human being who respects women, unlike Tejas. She adds that UV is an ideal son, friend, and brother. Tejas taunts her further, asking whether UV is also a good husband and mocks her by recalling UV’s old statement to the media about their relationship.
Unknown to Tejas, UV and his cousins overhear everything. Pratty admires Katha for standing up for UV behind his back. Tejas then questions Katha about her husband. Before she can respond, UV steps forward, declaring firmly
Tejas, however, insists he is there to take his wife, Naina, home. He tries to approach her, but UV stops him, reminding him of the consequences of his earlier actions. Tejas backs off but threatens to return for Naina.
Later, Naina questions UV and his cousins about why they came. They quickly cover up with excuses. Naina leaves with the cousins, but UV pulls Katha aside. The two share a light, warm moment together. Tejas secretly watches them, vowing to break their bond.
Meanwhile, Chandrika expresses her concerns to Eshwar and the family about Naina’s stay in their house. Rukmini suggests allowing Naina to stay, which angers Chandrika. She further reveals that UV has been financially supporting Katha’s family. While Chandrika criticizes Katha, Eshwar defends her. He says he married Katha to UV so she could guide him into becoming a responsible family man. Chandrika, however, warns that Katha will one day bring her whole family into their home. Katha arrives and assures them she will never harm the family’s reputation.
Katha then asks Eshwar for permission to work so she can repay her debt to UV. Eshwar refuses and offers to help her instead, but Katha insists on earning the money herself. Ambika questions her, and Katha explains that she has received a job offer. Chandrika again lashes out, accusing her of trying to break family traditions. Katha pleads with Eshwar, reminding him of his earlier promise. Finally, Eshwar allows her to work once, but makes her promise not to do anything that could bring shame to the family. Katha happily agrees. Ambika looks upset, while Chandrika warns that Eshwar is making a mistake. But Eshwar continues to place his trust in Katha. Relieved, Katha exchanges a happy glance with UV, who smiles and nods in support. Later, she shares Jay’s offer with UV and tells him she hopes to repay his kindness soon.
That night, Katha speaks to Gayatri on a video call. She praises her sweets and her beautiful handwriting. Gayatri promises to send more sweets soon. While fetching a charger, Katha accidentally drops into UV’s room, and Gayatri’s handwritten letter lands there too. UV wakes up, sees his mother’s letter, and becomes emotional. He rushes out, calling for everyone. Katha is puzzled, especially when she sees Pari sneaking away with excuses.
Precap: Gayatri apologizes and promises not to meet someone who locked her in a room. Katha notices Gayatri’s locket and realizes she is UV’s mother. She decides to reveal the truth to him.
