The Episode starts with Katha accusing UV of trying to throw her out of the house by looking for excuses. UV angrily asks her to stay quiet, but Katha refuses. She tells him that ever since she discovered Pari’s job and her connection with Tejas, she has been urging Pari to reveal the truth to the family. Everyone looks at Pari, but she stays silent. Katha reminds UV that she tried to inform him about Pari and Tejas’s relationship, but he mocks her instead.
Enraged, Katha blames UV for Pari’s false allegations against her. UV shouts back and harshly criticises her. Katha then confronts him about his help through his friend Jay Tanwar, accusing him of doing it only to humiliate her. UV replies that he helped because Eshwar wouldn’t allow her to work, but she doesn’t deserve it. He calls her selfish, saying she can go to any extent to fulfil her dreams and protect her sister. Hurt by his words, Katha declares she’s had enough of his insults. She tells him she will repay everything instantly and reminds him of his deal to make her leave the house. Shockingly, she walks out with Naina. UV and the rest of the family stand stunned, while Ambika and Tammy secretly rejoice.
Chandrika then mocks Eshwar for making another wrong decision. She blames Katha for risking Pari’s life to save Naina from Tejas. Ambika supports her, manipulating Eshwar further. Chandrika even suggests arranging Pari’s marriage soon. Pari bursts into tears, insisting she doesn’t want to marry, and rushes inside. Slowly, everyone leaves except Shlok, Charu, and Rukmini. Shlok says he believes Katha, and Charu agrees. They turn to Rukmini, who assures them that Katha and UV will eventually reunite.
Meanwhile, UV is furious in his room, breaking things as he recalls his moments with Katha. Katha too remembers their time together. Later, Shlok and Naina question both UV and Katha about their feelings, but both deny them.
Elsewhere, Pari, frustrated with Chandrika’s decision, calls Tejas and tells him everything that happened between UV and Katha, including Katha’s exit. Tejas is delighted and disconnects the call, leaving Pari confused. Still, she decides to seek his help for her walk-in interview in Delhi.
At the same time, Naina receives repeated calls from Tejas but grows anxious and refuses to answer. Katha picks up instead and sternly warns him to stay away from Naina. Tejas mocks her, saying he already knows she has left the Jindal house with Naina and now plans to take Naina with him. Both Katha and Naina are left shocked.
Precap: Katha rescues Pari from Tejas, but she gets hit by a truck. UV receives a call about her accident and rushes to the spot with his cousins, desperately searching for her.
