The Episode starts with Katha telling Mr. Agarwal that she wants to help Tammy; otherwise, she will regret not doing so. Mr. Agarwal trusts her and allows her to prepare a home remedy before stepping away. Katha, determined to teach Tammy a lesson, scolds Tammy for worrying her grandfather with her fake drama. She prepares a bitter neem juice and asks UV to let her give it to Tammy. UV refuses and gets into an argument with her. However, Mr. Agarwal requests UV to let Katha try since he believes in her, and even UV’s cousins support Katha. Reluctantly, UV glares at Katha as she forcefully makes Tammy drink the neem juice. Tammy starts coughing and criticising Katha in front of everyone. She even questions her grandfather’s decisions. Sandy and UV question Tammy about how she
Meanwhile, Ambika learns about Tammy’s drama and Katha’s involvement through Omi. Though disappointed with Tammy’s childishness, Ambika decides she will train Tammy properly to eventually throw Katha out of UV’s life. Back at Tammy’s house, Mr. Agarwal apologises to Katha and UV for troubling them on their special day. UV makes a harsh comment before walking away. Katha overhears Pari and Ash discussing how Tammy has feelings for UV. Hearing this makes Katha sad, but she tells herself not to hope for anything in her marriage with UV.
The next morning, Katha has an emotional talk with her late mother’s photo. Vandana and Naina arrive and see her sadness. Katha asks Vandana if she can take her mother’s photo with her. Vandana agrees with love. Naina offers to bring the photo herself. Before leaving, Katha gives Vandana some herbal remedies for the family’s health and asks Naina to take care of everyone. Naina nods tearfully. Katha also asks about Mohan’s absence from her vidaai. Vandana explains Mohan isn’t strong enough to watch her leave. Alone in another room, Mohan wipes his tears and asks Prerna to serve juice to the guests to distract himself. UV gets restless and complains to Shlok, but Shlok requests him to wait a little longer and asks Mohan to start the vidaai soon. Mohan agrees and sends Prerna to call Katha.
Inside, Prerna, Vandana, and Naina get emotional seeing Katha and hug her tightly. Katha comforts them, saying they all live in each other’s hearts, so they shouldn’t feel sad. Outside, Babu Ram Kaka arrives to meet Katha. She assures him that she will always help him if his cow falls sick and gifts him a plant. Before leaving, she asks her family to take care of her beloved plants and hugs them with deep attachment. UV and his cousins mock her silently while Pari criticises her behaviour.
During vidaai, Vandana joins UV and Katha’s hands together, asking UV to take care of her daughter. To everyone’s shock, UV immediately withdraws his hand, making Katha’s heart sink. She hugs Mohan tightly, and he too requests UV to look after Katha. UV remains distant and uncomfortable. As Katha sits in the car crying bitterly, Charu explains to UV that leaving her family isn’t easy for any girl. Seeing Katha leave makes Pari, Ash, and their brothers emotional, and they joke about staying unmarried to avoid such pain. UV questions them, but Pratty gives him a silly excuse. The episode ends with Mohan and his family tearfully sending off Katha and UV.
Precap: Under Chandrika’s strict orders, Katha performs the girahpravesh ritual. She gets hurt, and Chandrika rebukes her and her family, leaving Katha heartbroken.
