The Episode starts with Katha finding a suspicious bottle and realizing that someone has mixed pills into the food that UV had served to the children. Alarmed, she quickly prepares a kada to help the kids recover, with Naina by her side assisting her. Determined to uncover the truth, Katha vows to find out who is behind this evil act. Meanwhile, worried parents gather, debating whether to stay until the police arrive or rush their children to the hospital. Inside, Gayatri wonders where Katha has gone, unaware of what’s happening.
At the same time, Pratty arrives at the Jindal house with his team. Tejas, hiding his face with a mask, watches the situation unfold. The guests, furious, demand Pratty to arrest UV. But Pratty stands firm, defending UV and insisting he would
Still, the crowd turns hostile, accusing UV of deliberately making their children sick. They even insult his mother, which drives UV over the edge. He begs them not to say a word against her, but the guests continue mocking. UV and his family are left humiliated, while Gayatri watches from a distance, clueless about the full truth and frantically searching for Katha.
The pressure on Pratty increases as the guests threaten to report him to higher authorities for protecting UV. Seeing no way out, UV himself asks Pratty to arrest him. His words leave his family shocked. Ambika takes advantage of the situation and manipulates the media, who begin reporting the incident as UV’s fault. With no option left, Pratty prepares to take UV away.
But Katha suddenly interrupts. She asks Pratty and the others to first listen to the children. The kids explain that UV had carefully asked them about their favorite snacks and checked their food allergies before serving. Each snack box contained different items, proving UV was thoughtful and caring. Katha firmly states someone else had tampered with the food and hands over the bottle of pills as proof. She reminds everyone that UV runs a café in his mother’s name, and a man who respects his mother this much would never risk her honor. UV gets emotional as her words touch him.
The doctor arrives and praises Katha for her timely intervention, saying the kada saved the children from worsening conditions. With the kids themselves supporting UV, their parents withdraw the complaint and even apologize to him and his family. Eshwar asks everyone to put the matter behind them and join the puja.
Later, during the puja, Katha lights the diya. UV approaches her, gratefully addressing her by her name for the first time. He thanks her deeply for saving his mother’s dignity. Before he can say more, reporters arrive, demanding to know about his relationship with Katha. Remembering UV’s earlier words, Katha simply tells them she is just a well-wisher of the Jindal family. After the reporters leave, Shlok urges UV to thank her properly. Tammy jokes that UV should call her “Gobar Devi,” but UV warns him sternly.
Precap: Gayatri apologizes to someone before being locked inside a room. Elsewhere, Katha finds Gayatri’s locket with UV’s picture inside. Shocked, she wonders if Gayatri is UV’s mother and decides to tell UV the truth.
