The Episode starts with Katha entering UV’s room carrying water and soup, reflecting that it’s been ten days since his return from the hospital. She notices UV isn’t in the room and finds him in the washroom, destroying Gayatri’s photos. Katha tries to stop him and grabs the diary from his hands, leading to a scuffle. The shower accidentally turns on, but UV demands the diary back. Katha questions how he can destroy his mother’s memories, while UV accuses her of having a deal with Gayatri. She denies it, insisting he’s misunderstanding her. UV admits that his mother hurt him and fears Katha may also leave. Katha asks him to trust her and shows him the nuptial chain, but UV remains distant and leaves.
Katha follows and explains that his Maama never revealed his family to Gayatri, who had no memory of her past due to memory loss. UV questions why Gayatri never met him and instead sent a “deal.” Katha suggests his brother may have manipulated her, changing her name and withholding money. UV concludes that his mother is a ruthless businesswoman and warns Katha that supporting Gayatri will end their relationship. Katha vows to prove Gayatri’s innocence.
Harshavardhan arrives, asking Katha to stop troubling UV with Sheetal/Gayatri’s name. When she tries to explain, he throws her out but comforts UV. Meanwhile, Arjun rejoices at UV and Harshavardhan’s animosity toward Sheetal and instructs a caller to inform the media. Gayatri, concerned for UV, agrees to meet him after Arjun’s prompting.
Naina advises Katha not to complicate matters, but Katha insists she must clear misunderstandings, reunite UV with his mother, and prevent him from harming himself.
Later, Harshavardhan gives UV his passport and visa. UV explains he plans to move to Singapore to start a café and manage the Jindal family business. He declines his father’s offer to accompany him. They share an emotional hug, and UV apologizes for misunderstanding his father. Charu asks about Katha, and Naina informs Katha of UV’s decision. Katha, hugging a plant, accepts she cannot stop him.
UV approaches Katha, but she interrupts, revealing she already knows about his permanent move to Singapore. He explains his plan to manage the overseas business and that Eshwar realized his mistake in marrying her off. Despite the distance, UV expresses his desire to give their relationship a second chance. He encourages Katha to focus on her studies and pursue her dreams, whether in Singapore or locally. Katha acknowledges his importance in her life but respects his wishes.
