The Episode starts with the doctor asking Jindal family if the blood for UV has been arranged yet. Harshvardan replies that they are trying their best. The doctor stresses the urgency because UV’s heartbeat is unstable. Katha breaks down in tears. Naina and Charu try to comfort her, saying she shouldn’t lose hope and that nothing can separate UV and her. Charu leaves to make a call, and at that moment, Katha gets a call from Gayatri.
Gayatri informs Katha about UV’s accident and tells her that UV urgently needs O negative blood, which is not yet available. To Katha’s shock, Gayatri reveals that she herself has an O negative blood group and is willing to donate blood for her own son. Katha is stunned and looks at God’s idol, overwhelmed by emotion.
Meanwhile, Gayatri angrily confronts Arjun, accusing him of harming UV. Arjun denies involvement and questions why Gayatri is siding with the Jindals, who don’t care about her. Gayatri tearfully defends her son, saying he is innocent in all of this. Arjun warns her that if she tries to help UV, he won’t spare him. Despite this, Katha is determined to take Gayatri to the hospital. Naina worries about how the family will react, but Katha says she only cares about UV and leaves.
Katha goes to Gayatri’s house, pleading with her to come to the hospital to save UV’s life, as his condition is deteriorating fast. Gayatri agrees but is stopped when Arjun, Manav, and Supriya arrive. Arjun brings Gayatri inside but later allows her to go to the hospital under one condition—Supriya must accompany her. Supriya agrees.
At the hospital, the doctor explains to Harshvardan and the family that UV’s condition is worsening and stresses the importance of the O negative blood to start the surgery. Everyone looks worried. Just then, Katha arrives with Gayatri and announces that Gayatri will donate blood to save UV. She also reveals that Gayatri is UV’s biological mother, shocking the entire family. The doctor takes Gayatri inside, relieved, while Harshvardan asks Katha how she knows Gayatri. Katha promises to explain everything after the surgery and walks away.
In the treatment room, Gayatri tries to hold UV’s hand, but the doctor stops her, and a nurse begins the blood donation process. Pari and others discuss Gayatri’s strange behavior. Shlok suggests they should confront Gayatri directly to learn the truth. Just then, Gayatri comes out, and Supriya escorts her away for her own medication. Everyone remains confused and shocked.
After the surgery, the doctor informs the family that UV is now stable. Katha goes to UV’s bedside and breaks down in tears. She tells UV, who remains unconscious, that she will accept his earlier “thank you” and “sorry” once he wakes up. Katha expresses that their hearts beat in the same rhythm and admits how hard it is to describe her feelings in words. She patiently waits for UV to regain consciousness.
