The Episode starts with UV questioning Gayatri in a tense atmosphere. He asks her if she has sacrificed her family. Gayatri tries to look at him but fails. Following Arjun’s strict instructions, she replies that sometimes sacrificing one’s family is necessary. UV then questions if she left her family just to achieve her ambitions. Gayatri, visibly upset, asks who is interrogating her. Arjun threatens her, saying that if she doesn’t answer properly, he will harm her son. With no choice, Gayatri answers that she didn’t abandon her family but sacrificed them, which is how she reached where she is today. UV feels deeply hurt by her words. He doesn’t respond and leaves heartbroken. Arjun approaches UV to ask if he will accept Gayatri’s business proposal, but UV refuses and walks away. Supriya commends Arjun for the plan’s success but worries about what will happen if Katha exposes Gayatri’s memory loss to UV. Arjun confidently says Gayatri is in control and no one will be able to prove the truth—Katha will be just another Sheetal.
Meanwhile, Katha is worried because UV hasn’t returned home yet. Naina joins her and suggests going to the café to search. UV is at his café, lost in memories of Gayatri’s painful answer. His emotional distress makes him vulnerable. Suddenly, a group of men arrives to rob the café. They demand UV hand over all the money. Surprisingly, UV doesn’t resist. Instead, he tells them to beat him. The robbers are confused at first, thinking he is insane, but UV grabs a glass bottle and smashes it on his own head, demanding punishment. Shocked but obedient, the robbers proceed to beat him severely.
At the same time, Gayatri is in tears, praying to God and wondering how long she must wait to reunite with her children. Katha finally arrives at the café and is horrified to see UV being attacked. She confronts the gangsters, asking who they are. Without saying much, the gangsters steal UV’s expensive watch and flee. Katha rushes to UV’s side, clearly distressed, and takes him to the hospital.
At the hospital, doctors treat UV’s injuries while Katha pleads with God to save him. UV’s family members arrive, asking what happened, and Katha explains the entire situation. Outside the treatment room, the Manmoji gang emotionally urges UV to recover. The doctor informs them that UV needs urgent surgery to stop internal bleeding, but the hospital doesn’t have the required O negative blood. Desperate, Katha goes live on social media through Pari’s account, appealing to UV’s fans to donate blood. A kind-hearted person sees the live video. Katha and UV’s cousins share a hopeful hug, determined to save him.
