The Episode starts with Gayatri telling Arjun that tomorrow is her son’s birthday, and Katha has invited her over for the celebration. Arjun is shocked but insists on going with her to the party. He asks Gayatri to tell Katha not to inform UV about it. Gayatri reassures him that Katha won’t do anything like that. On a call, Gayatri informs Katha that her brother Arjun will accompany her and that Arjun doesn’t know her son and husband are alive. Katha feels confused but promises not to reveal anything to UV. Gayatri leaves excitedly to arrange her son’s birthday party.
Supriya, observing Arjun’s intentions, questions him about taking Gayatri to the Jindal house. Arjun confidently replies that he will show UV exactly what he wants, not what Katha wants UV to see, and smirks.
The next morning, Naina finds Katha preparing tea for UV. Curious, she asks since when UV started having tea instead of his usual coffee. Katha smiles and says sometimes UV prefers tea. Naina playfully teases Katha, suggesting UV only drinks tea prepared by her. Katha tries to shut her up, but the teasing continues. Naina asks why Katha is wearing a yellow saree, a color she doesn’t like. Katha explains that yellow is UV’s favorite color. Naina suggests Katha simply say “I love you” to wish UV, but Katha says she wants to express her feelings just like UV does—openly and genuinely, especially given his love for his mother and Pari. Naina reminds her UV stands by her too, but Katha scolds Naina for not supporting her, then walks away.
Later, Katha sees UV sleeping awkwardly and tries to adjust his position but accidentally falls on him. Both wake up and exchange a cute argument. UV thanks her, apologizes, and leaves. Katha scolds herself for failing to wish him properly.
Gayatri gets ready to meet UV, and Arjun arrives, informing her that she must speak only what he wants her to. Gayatri is shocked.
Meanwhile, UV’s cousins discuss how he agreed to celebrate his birthday but worry he might change his mind later. Katha confidently thinks UV won’t back out and tells Naina she has decorated UV’s café. She feels happy imagining UV reuniting with Sheetal. Shlok and Charu worry that the truth about Sheetal may be darker than they think.
When Katha meets UV, she wishes him but notices his restlessness. Before he can respond, Ash intervenes. UV announces a special guest has been invited. Katha wonders who it could be and thinks to herself that UV is about to get the best surprise of his life—meeting his mother.
However, UV is stunned when Arjun calls him and says Gayatri is busy with a meeting. Arjun invites UV to his place. To UV’s shock, he finds Gayatri giving a media interview, publicly explaining her decision to abandon her family and pursue a career—without mentioning UV knew she was forced by Arjun. UV’s world crumbles as he questions Gayatri, who pretends not to recognize him. Arjun smirks in satisfaction.
