The Episode starts with UV’s mother taking a phone out of her bag and realizing it isn’t hers. She notices Katha’s photo as the wallpaper and understands that their phones got exchanged. She calls her own number to reach Katha. Meanwhile, UV is in his room reading a book when he hears a ringtone. The tune brings back childhood memories of his mother singing that song to him. He walks toward Katha’s bag to check, but before he can, Katha arrives and takes the phone. She realizes it isn’t hers but doesn’t tell UV whose it is. UV simply tells her to change the ringtone and leaves.

Katha then calls UV’s mother and promises to return the phone. She also asks about her injuries, and UV’s mother says she is fine thanks to Katha’s herbal paste.

Later,

Katha and Naina are busy making arrangements to start Katha’s tea-selling business the next day. Naina tells Katha to let UV know she is in the room, otherwise he might look for her. Katha smiles sadly and says UV will probably be happy to have the room to himself for the night. On the other hand, UV assumes Katha is sleeping in the kitchen and hopes it doesn’t cause any issues. He decides to set up the best stall for Independence Day to make his mother proud.

Back in Naina’s room, Katha notices an Independence Day poster and decides it would be a good day to launch her tea stall. She feels hopeful about earning enough to repay UV.

The next day, UV’s mother visits the place where Katha is preparing for her business. They greet each other warmly. UV’s mother notices Katha looking upset and asks why. Katha asks if a girl’s life changes after marriage. UV’s mother replies that it often does, even if the girl doesn’t expect it. They share a heartfelt conversation, and Katha learns UV’s mother doesn’t know her true identity, while UV’s mother learns about Katha’s married life. Katha tells her to consider her as family, which makes UV’s mother happy. She blesses Katha, but Katha clarifies the blessing should be for Maharaj Ji, her husband. UV’s mother smiles and says both Katha and her husband are lucky to have each other. Katha invites her for the Janmashtami puja the next day. Initially hesitant, UV’s mother eventually agrees and leaves.

Meanwhile, UV sits alone, wondering where his mother is, and admits he misses her deeply. Later, Katha tries to set up her tea stall at the fair, but the organizer refuses since she isn’t registered. Feeling dejected, she worries about not being able to repay UV. Just then, a drunken girl crashes her car into Katha’s vehicle. Shocked, Katha still helps her recover from the hangover by giving her herbal juice. The girl, Aarya, praises Katha and then uses her influence to help her set up the stall. Katha is delighted and thanks her sincerely.

Precap: UV tells Eshwar that Katha is selling tea on the roadside. Eshwar is shocked and warns her not to damage the family’s reputation. He reveals UV’s mother left years ago, choosing freedom over her children. Katha is stunned, and UV is left furious.
